  This place so quite and comfortable. It was a great place to stay and I would stay there again. Loved the trail out back to be able to walk the dog.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.

  My family and I recently stayed at the Condo, it is exactly as the pictures describe and look. It was clean, comfortable and a very enjoyable stay. The owner was wonderful with accomodating our weird schedule and very easily reached when we had any questions. I will and have recommended this property to friend and relatives......the location is great!!! Thanks to Michael and Sherry for putting a smile on our faces.

  Two bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood about a mile off of the main road. Very convenient to Carolina Beach. Easy access to groceries, drug stores, and other shopping. Great fit for our family of four - bed plus futon in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

  This townhome was approx 15 mins to UNC-Wilmington and 10 mins to Carolina Beach. This is an older unit but clean and the pictures accurately represent furnishings. The rental charge included linens and cleaning fee. The neighborhood is quiet and was a nice area to walk my dog, who was welcome for an additional fee. If you plan to cook, bring your own condiments. None were available in the pantry but the unit has sufficient cookware and dishes. There was also a small charcoal grill in closet on deck and was just the right size for our 3 steaks. Overall we were very satisfied with this VRBO rental. The leasing agent was also friendly and answered all my questions promptly. I would certainly recommend this location to friends and if needing rental in this location, would stay here again.

  Stayed for a month and enjoyed the size and comfort of this condo. Our beagle loved the great forest in back , as did we. Loved too , the proximity to Wilmington( great history and restaurants) and the closeness to Carolina Beach and State Park. Our landlord was friendly and gracious and the neighborhood is full of friendly , welcoming folks as well. I would suggest a few more pieces of cookware only.

  The condo is clean and well equipped home, in a great position, nice and quiet but near to everywhere. Its very comfortable, and we loved watching the wildlife from the living room and deck, lots of birds that are new to us because we live in England. Sherri made the booking very easy, and always available by phone, and Michael was near at hand to help when needed- we really enjoyed talking with him. We would reccomend this home to anyone seeking a comfortable base for a vacation.

  This is so much bettter than a hotel! We have family in the area and were able to have them over to "our place" rather than always having to go out or go to their house to visit. There is lots of room; everything was nice and comfortable. We plan to stay again next time!

  My elderly relatives needed a safe and affordable place to stay in this area and had little notice to find a spot. This condo was ( thankfully) available and more than suited their needs. The condo was immaculate, spacious and a great bargain compared to the possibility of renting 2 hotel rooms ( for 2 couples). My relatives were so please to be able to entertain the rest of the family at their rental condo and also to be able to do laundry and to cook breakfast in their own kitchen. Parking was ample and the condo is all on the ground floor. The location is in a quiet area of beautiful golfing subdivision. The condo is also < 4 miles to the public beach access at Carolina Beach. Thank you to Sherri for assisting our family with this rental - she was very pleasant and helpful with the entire process!

  This place was perfect for my wife and me while we were golfing the local courses. Nice poeple who know the area well. That can save you money and heartburn when lookin for a good place to eat. The condo is located on the grounds of the renovated Cape Golf Course now Masonboro Country Club. I played the course many times as the cape and it is better now.
