Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation with no penalty. If you cancel 22 days out from your arrival, we will keep your $50 deposit. If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival, you are responsible for paying the rent on your booking. If we are able to rent your cancelled property, the rent income we are able to take in will be subtracted from what you owe.
A $50 deposit, to be applied to your stay, is taken at the time of booking. The balance of your stay is due 21 days prior to your arrival. If you make your reservation within three weeks of your arrival date, total payment is due upon booking.
