Beautifully updated townhouse that I have owned since 1992. Enjoy your stay in a comfortable environment located in the Vanderbilt Beach area. Emerald Woods is a quiet, secret, collection of condos within easy access of Naples' most desired location such as Mercato, the Gulf of Mexico, Ritz Carlton, kayaking and canoeing on the Cocohatchee River, and the Philharmonic Center. Walk to fabulous restaurants, shops, movie theaters, nightlife, entertainment, and grocery stores including Whole Foods and Publix. Vanderbilt Beach is two miles away with street parking and parking structure access.
This townhouse is nicely decorated and is very well equipped with all household necessities. Complete full-size laundry facilities are located in the kitchen area. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom (lower bathroom has handicap rails in tub) and a half bathroom located off the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed with sliding doors to the balcony and the second has two twins with sliding doors to the patio area. The loft area has a twin bed. The pool house complex includes restrooms and a covered eating area with microwave and refrigerator. A beautiful fenced in pool area with a hot tub.
