  The owner of the property was great to deal with we had been looking for a condo for 2 couples that love to golf and enjoy the outdoors and the kapalua golf villas exceeded our expectations. Inside is very roomy with a well equipped kitchen and there are two bedrooms - each with their own bath. The lanai was large and we enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner while watching the golfers and sunset/sunrise. We could also see whales in the distance and every morning a pair of ducks came by the patio for a visit. It was a great way to relax after a round of golf or a day at the beach - I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family. We would love to come back agin.

  Our stay at Kapalua golf villas was a great experience. The location on the 11th hole of the bay course gave us a great view of the whales in the bay. Our condo was well stocked with goolasses, plates, cutlery sand we even found some boogie boards in the closet. The location was,great for going for walks and there were two beaches within 15 minute walks. Thanks to Bill for the use of his condo. I highly recommend this property. We will go back in a heartbeat.

  The listing description was just as it was. Very comfortable and well stocked for all our needs. Enjoyed watching golfers and the natural beauty all around. The owner was very helpful with all our questions. I would recommend to friends and relatives. The beaches nearby were lovely and we where able to take lovely walks.

  The Villa exceeded all of our expectations. When we first walked in we were amazed at the view we were met with. The sun was just beginning to set and the cloud formations were spectacular. It was very clean and quite spacious. We found all that we needed in the kitchen worked well for us all week. The shuttle service was really convenient we used it almost daily going over to the Ritz, traveling to the Plantation House for golf and dinner and the many other restaurants and shops. Bill was very attentive to our needs and helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and activities. We highly recommend this villa.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in this villa. It is beautifully decorated, with large bedrooms and comfortable beds, a large, well appointed and updated kitchen, and comfortable living area. The unit has AC that can be adjusted within each room. The ocean view from the lanai provided a great venue to enjoy our morning coffee/breakfast, evening cocktails watching beautiful sunsets and late night stargazing given the dark surroundings. One of the pools was steps away and included outdoor grills and tables where we enjoyed a secluded dinner. We loved playing both Kapalua golf courses, watching the golfers on the Bay Course from the villa, taking long walks with great ocean and mountain views around the resort, and visiting the nearby beaches. Prior to our trip, we found the owners very helpful in providing tips on their local knowledge of the restaurants and area.

  This is a fantastic unit that provides everything one might want on vacation. The furnishings are top notch, the space is a great size, and views are hard to beat. The rate is very reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided in this unit. It is nice to stay somewhere that is beyond "nice" and hits the wow factor. I highly recommend it to all.

  After staying over Christmas 2011, we decided to revisit the villa this year for another ten days. And it's even better now than I remembered. I'm going to assume that you know why Maui and Kapalua are wonderful - we've gone almost every year since 1989 - and just mention a few things we particularly like about this villa. One is that the owners have not skimped on furnishings or essentials: there are plenty of towels and linens, and the kitchen is completely outfitted ( it's nice to have more than enough big coffee mugs ). They've also left some boogie boards and lightweight chairs for guests to take to the beach, and have stocked up on books and various games, if you want a bit of indoor relaxation. And, for those who are new to Maui, they've put together a nice little guide to some good spots. And, the lanai is a great asset. Some gold unit owners have closed in their lanais, but part of Maui's charm, to us, is relaxing and eating outside. The view here is lovely and peaceful, looking out over the golf course to the ocean - and to the spectacular sunsets; great place to gather. Hard to go wrong at Kapalua, especially with the gold units like this one. The description and photos are accurate, it's extremely well maintained, and the owners and management staff are really delightful to deal with.

  The condo was beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and separated enough to allow privacy. The patio was really enjoyable and strategically located on the 11th hole of a beautiful golf course. The location was convenient to everything especially since my son's wedding was taking place at The Ritz Carlton Hotel. It was a wonderful place to experience the beautiful sunsets in Maui. I would highly recommend this condo!

  We enjoyed our stay at this property. We would sit out on the lanai in the morning and watch the whales jumping in the ocean, while also being entertained by the golfers on the tee box of hole 11. The area surrounding this property is breathtakingly beautiful. It was nice to be just a few minutes away from golf, beaches, and plenty of restaurants. The villa was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. I would absolutely recommend.
