The scenery is beautiful with white sands on the Gulf of Mexico, a National Wildlife Park adjoins Martinique, tennis courts are available on property. Families especially enjoy Martinique knowing the secure private community is family friendly allowing children of all ages to renew friends from vacation each year.
After a few days on the beach, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, an amusement park, para sailing and a water park in Gulf Shores available. The Little Zoo That Could is well known as a memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Harts By the Sea, the home is very kid friendly, felt very safe in the gated area, owners very helpful in every way and always available... We hope to return back in future years and make this a place where our kids look forward to going...Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We couldnt have been more impressed with this rental. This home is in Martinique which we found to be top notch in every category. I coudlnt say enough good things about Martinique and the scenerey and layout and just everything was great! The home was super clean and comfortable! Very well decorated! We didnt get the feeling we were in a rent house at all! The owners were great with communication and couldnt have been nicer or more accomodating! Hope to stay there again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Harts By the Sea is a beautiful beach house in a lovely, quiet community. The house was very comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped. We had the use of a golf cart to get to the beach and around the neighborhood. A member of our family has physical limitations, so having everything on one level was great for him. A boardwalk with no stairs made beach access much easier for him as well. The children loved the two neighborhood pools. The people who work in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Had a wonderful stay with our family at a quiet and relaxing home in a beautiful, peaceful community. It was everything and more than we imagined. We enjoyed the beautiful white sand beach and the relaxing pool just minutes away. We had access to a golf cart to ride to the beach and pool and around the neighborhood in the late evening. Harts By The Sea Beach Cottage is absolutely one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in and was the most relaxing vacation you can ever want.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

A $300 Confirmation/Damage Deposit is required upon reservation confirmation. The Deposit is returned within 10 Days with no damage to the rental Hartsbythesea.
Full payment is due ten (10) days before arrival.

A cleaning fee of $115 is charged.

Why the Owner Chose Homes, Single Family:
We chose to have a vacation home in Martinique because it is minutes from activities and night life but secluded with a private beach, and secure family friendly community.
Within walking distance there is a 5 Star restaurant to dine or dance without the crowds found in most vacation spots.
Also there are homes instead of condos.
It is the perfect setting for a restful vacation, but close enough to have the activities of vacation spots when the traveler chooses.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy sitting on the beach looking at the gulf, riding in the golf cart in the cool breeze at night. Having little ones look for sand crabs. Walking in a secure area, not having to worry about little ones or teenage children socializing with other visitors of their age. We also enjoy sitting in the sun at the pools or talking to other visitors, walking or biking if we choose. Sitting on the back screen porch relaxing.
We have as much activity as we want or doing nothing.
It is a different life style.
