This non-smoking, very roomy one bedroom, one and a half bath condominium is located oceanside, truly in Islamorada within a short walking distance (just three doors down) of a large marina with deep sea and back country fishing, dive charters, boat rentals, and other water sports.
Fine local dining and Outback Steak House, all bordering on the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. A five minute drive will take you to everything else Islamorada has to offer, or you can just lounge in the pool area under a tiki hut and gaze at the ocean!
The oceanside location is the warmest in the winter and the coolest in the summer of any Florida location. You can catch the sunrise over the ocean and walk across the street to watch the sunset from one of the popular watering holes on the bay.
This development and this unit have been recently remodeled and updated. It has partial views of the ocean and bay. This isn't a direct oceanfront unit, but it's not priced like one either. That savings will translate into more dollars for additional ocean/bay activities outside the condo.
Spend your days outside with the sun and sea, then come back to the condominium to relax and rest. TV with DVD, VCR, Cable with HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax, great food and activities right outside your door all add up to a successful vacation any hard working person or small group deserves.
Beware of condo owners claiming to be in Islamorada that really aren't. Condominiums in this area fill up fast, so book now! You'll be glad you did. All you need is your toothbrush and a snorkel.
