  We had a wonderful stay in this cabin! Everything was clean and well decorated. The owners were very kind and helpful. It was a last minute trip for us and they made it easy to rent with such short notice. The area is easy to get to and very quiet which is just what we were looking for. We will definitely be renting this cabin again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We had a great time at this cabin over the weekend. It started as a romantic getaway for two and after having to move the date twice, it turned into a family get away.   This cabin is perfect for a couple or small family. The location is great. We don't get to the area very often but when we do we will book this cabin again.

  Kim, I just wanted to let you know that my family and I had a wonderful time at your cabin last week! I forgot to write in the book, so I just wanted to tell you that everything was exactly as described! WE LOVED IT! The bed was so comfy, the hot tub was great at night , the view was incredible, had fun playing pool with my husband too!...I could go on and on! We did alot while we were in Tennessee. Ripleys aquarium, believe it or not, mirror maze, wonder works, cades cove. We had so much fun and made some wonderful memories! The swimming pool was very nice as well and loved the sound of the waterfall! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful cabin! We look forward to staying there again in the future! Terri

  I loved the cabin. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. It was great having a fulll kitchen and washer and dryer. I will definitely recommend the cabin to others. We only had one problem, the sleeper sofa in the family room does not have a real mattress and it was REALLY difficult to sleep on.

  My husband and I really enjoyed our three day kid-free getaway in your cabin. We were a little nervous about what to expect b/c we had never rented directly from an owner, however, we arrived to a very clean cabin and had no issues getting in with the code provided to us. The whirlpool on the back porch was pre-heated, the jacuzzi tub and gas grill worked great also and we REALLY loved how comfortable the bed was. We had no issues at all during our stay & the transaction was seamless from start to finish. We were provided with ample pictures and valuable information prior to and after booking our stay. We come to down to Pigeon Forge atleast once and year & will definately return to this cabin next year. Thanks so much!

  Gorgeous, clean cabin in perfect location. I've been to "Bear-verly Hills" twice now and highly recommend this cabin. It's located in a great spot in a cul-de-sac on a point with beautiful views. Only minutes away from downtown Pigeon Forge makes it a great place to be away from the crowd yet only a few minutes of driving to get to everything. If you're looking for a perfect get-away this is it.

  What a great place to go and relax and not worry about a thing. No matter what you are there for, shopping, restaurants, shows, horseback riding, you are just minutes aways from all of that, but at the cabin you feel like you are miles away. It is quiet on the back porch in the hot tub, while you relax. We had our girls weekend, but it is perfect for a romantic getaway. I will definately be going back when I have the opportunity, and will be recommending it to everyone!! I won't be staying anywhere but "Bear-verly Hills" from now on!!! THANKS KIM AND JEFF!!

  If your looking to get away from your busy lifestyle & relax this is it. The cabin was very clean. The location was excellent...Close to shopping malls & resturants but far enough away to feel like your in the beautiful mountains by yourself. This cabin sets at the corner of a culdesac all by itsself. The only thing that went wrong is the day of departure we were packing up to leave and the code on the door did not work anymore. Not sure what happened there but overall we had a great time. We will definetly be back again. So thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful cabin.
