  Wow! We had a great time and the house was exactly as described. The only thing better than the house and skiing was Mary. Mary is very professional and made the planning and reservations perfect. Mary is good to go and I will call her for next year's trip. The ski-in and out was exactly as described. We had 4 adults and 6 children and the house worked great for us. Thanks Mary and book with confidence with her and this house.

  I just returned from staying at this home and my friends and I were extremely pleased with the home. This was my 14th snowboard vacation and probaly the best location that I have ever stayed in. The home was extremely large with great views of the city and the ski in/out location was so convenient. To walk outside your home and ski down to the lift was great and it made it that much better and the end of the day to ski right to the front door. To get down to town, it was an easy 5 minute walk down 3 flights of stairs. I would highly recommend this location for its, size, convenience, and views.

  We stayed 5 nights at this property starting Feb. 10, 2012. It's an awesome Park City location for a family or group trip...right at the end of Norfolk Dr., looking down at Main St./Old Town, with great views of the entire Park City area. The staircase to the middle of Main St. is about 100 feet away from the house, and The Ski In / Ski Out access from the driveway/parking pad was really nice! It snowed about 14 inches the night of Feb. 11 (Thank you God!) and we awoke to a beautiful winter wonderland, BUT the snow plows hadn't made the rounds yet, so we we snowed in...NO PROBLEM!!! We cooked a great breakfast, put on our skis, hit the access trail off the driveway, & were at the town lift in 5 min! Without this ski in /ski out access, we would have had a hard time going skiing that day. Instead, we were the first on the slopes and had one of the best ski days we've ever had! We skied back to the house for a great lunch in the spacious kitchen/dining area, warmed up by the gas fireplace, and headed back out for the afternoon fresh powder session. At night, when we weren't cooking ourselves, we simply hit the stairs down to Main St. and had our choice of many restaurants & bars. The girls found the stairs very convenient for shopping access also...but fortunately they couldn't carry too much back up the stairs! You can also hit the stairs for a quick run to Main St. for breakfast, or take out sandwiches, etc. The location can't be beat for hassle free skiing and Old Town activities...all without driving or parking hassles! Stock up at one of the grocery stores & state liquor store in town, and you are all set. If you want to ski Deer Valley also, it's just a short drive. Highly recommended!!!

  Nine of my friends and I spent 5 nights at the property - and we loved it. Exactly as described and SO close to the mountain. You can make it from the end of the driveway to Town Lift in minutes... and getting back at the end of the day is even easier! The house had everything we needed - and was just a few flights of stairs away from town. Great for a group or multiple families. We would definitely stay here again!

  Nine of us met for a long weekend of skiing and had a great time in this house. The kitchen is huge with a nice Viking stove, for group cooking efforts. The living room has lots of comfortable seating for a big group. There are plenty of comfortable beds, as pictured. Additional plusses: private hot tub right outside the door; 4 blocks down to the fun shops and restaurants of main street by well-tended city stairs; driveway literally right next to ski-in/ski-out trail connecting Quittin Time run to Town Lift; free wi-fi and satellite TV; and great views. Park City resort grooms trails well, even with low snow, and their employees are so helpful and nice. Recommended!

  A group of 9 came up for a week of skiing. The house was well equipped especially the kitchen. The lay out of the house gave us a sense of privacy for such a group. Beds were comfortable. The bunk bed room in the lowest level was a little cool... Most of us used the plug in wall heaters for added warmth which occasionally tripped a breaker when they were all on. House was very good and the view was beautiful. The ski in was definitely at least a "short" steep blue so the newer skiers still had to bus it to the resort. The only thing that I would hesitate on booking again is if you are without a vehicle the short walk to town is a "Steep" over 100... " someone said they counted more than 200 " steps straight up to the house. After a long day of skiing I thought twice about milling around town because of the steps. Besides that it was great!

  Our stay at this location was perfect for our two families. It was very comfortable, homey and extremely clean. The hot tub was cleaned regularly, none of that dirty foamy stuff in it :). It was a wonderful location and we got around the town fine with the public transportation (which is free!).

  We loved the the location, truly ski-in ski-out to Park City Mountain resort, right out the front door. The ski run is well groomed. For beginners though, be forwarned, the ski back is a blue run. Walking to Main Street is easy, but going back up 3 long staircases at altitude requires some determination. We had 11 people at the house and it didn't seem crowded. The kitchen and living room were roomier than the online pics appear to be. Mary was very prompt at responding to our questions and requests. Wi-fi worked well at the house. The view from the house is gorgeous, but the hot tub is tucked away under the parking pad on the deck without any view. Overall, it was clean, well maintained, convenient, functional like a Howard Johnson/Holiday Inn, no fanciful, wow factor of a Ritz Carlton but it works great for a group ski vacation.

  Six of us stayed at the house during Sundance. It was a great location. We skied right onto Quitin Time run and down to the Town Lift every morning. Some days we would ski back for lunch. At the end of the day we would ski right to the front door. At night we would walk down the steps to Main street. It let's you out right near the Treasure Mountain Inn. After a night of fun we would walk back to the house. Needless to say the walk down is easier (but the walk up isn't bad, its just not fun). The house had everything we needed. Anyway, great house. Great for guys trip, girls trip, or 2 families. Thanks.

  We have stayed at this property several times and the location can't be beat!!! You ski from the driveway down to the Old Town Lift...and back to the house off of Quittin' Time trail. Skiing back to the house for our lunch break is great. The steps going down to the middle/upper end of Main St. are just a few feet away from the front door. We don't even need a car for skiing and Main St. activities. It's so nice & convenient for kids. It was recently upgraded since our previous visit. New fridge/icemaker, jacuzzi, TV's, DVD/Playsation console. Very cozy place and a great value for us. We will be back!!! Thanks!
