Enjoy privacy and incredible water and sunset views in luxurious accommodations with 2 master suites all within a short walk or bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and Harbour Town Golf Links. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home has been completely remodeled. Enter the front door to find a great room with high ceilings, wood floors, gas fireplace, huge windows allowing for amazing water views, 46 inch flat screen TV, surround sound, DVD/CD/stereo. The spacious and open gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, center island with Viking gas burners, double ovens, refrigerator and elevated counter with bar stools for cooking and conversation. The kitchen flows into the great room with spacious dining table with seating for 6-8. Off the kitchen is a huge pantry and a large laundry room with front loading washer and dryer.
The first master suite features a pillow-top king bed, wood floors, 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD, ceiling fan, large walk in closet, large windows (with new blinds) with spectacular views and French doors leading out to hot tub, pool, flagstone deck and fishing dock. First master bath includes Jacuzzi tub with distant water views and new blinds, travertine shower, dual shower heads, dual sinks with stone countertop. The second master suite includes king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, new carpet, ceiling fan, spacious walk in closet and large windows with wooded and distant water views. Second master bath includes beautifully tiled shower with glass door, sink with granite countertop. The third bedroom features a queen bed with walk in closet, new carpet, tv, DVD, iPod player and a private bath with great walk in shower with glass door. A fourth bedroom with patio and water views features a queen bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, Wii, iPod player, wood floors, ceiling fan and 2 comfortable swivel chairs. There is a full bath with Travertine Shower, Glass Doors and Pedestal Sink located next to the fourth bedroom.
For special occasions the home features a formal dining room with wooden table and chairs with seating for 6-8. The most spectacular features of this home are outside the back doors where a professionally landscaped yard with flagstone deck, outdoor speakers, large pool (heat optional) and spa (heat optional) overlook Low Country grasses, marsh, sunset views and Daufuskie Island. Watch the dolphins play during low tide, fish or crab off the dock or sit at either of our two outdoor dining tables each with seating for 6-8. There are also wooden chaise lounges with cushions and comfortable chairs with ottomans. Grill on the built in gas grill with side burners, sink and flagstone counter space. Sit in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy cocktails and conversation by the firepit overlooking the water. The setting is so spectacular that we've even hosted two weddings in the backyard!

Our family stayed here or a week in July. Upon walking into the house we realized we found a special place. The home is both comfortable and elegant at the same time. It is exceptionally well maintained and decorated. It is designed to fit endless possibilities to meet whatever type of experience fits your group. You could eat a formal meal in the dining room, grab the TV tables and sit around the television or eat outside around the pool after playing volleyball in the pool. We spent a raining, colder day as a family in the kitchen cooking recipes from the vast selection of cookbooks using the abundant supplies in the kitchen. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The birds will land poolside and a full canvas of stars and constellations can be viewed on the pier after sunset. Although we chose to explore Hilton Head, with the pool, pier, bikes, kitchen and entertainment options, we could have had an amazing stay without ever visiting any of the attractions. Access to all of the activities in the area was very easy from this location. The owner provided a wealth of information about the area helped us find the best places for us to enjoy on the island. Throughout the house there are nice touches to accommodate our stay. We walk away with amazing memories from this trip and know that the property amenities and the graciousness of our host had a big role in making it special!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It is ideally situated a short walk or bike ride to the beach on a quiet street. The views and sunset from the fabulous backyard are amazing. We loved the fact that the home is all on one level, and that each bedroom had a private bathroom. Plenty of room for 4 couples and a baby and our dogs. The kitchen is a joy to work in- if you like to eat in, it is incredible! The owner is very responsive and we look forward to a return visit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners, girls getaway.

My family and I just returned from a week at this lovely home. I We have never used VRBO before and all I can say is that this home just set the bar very high indeed. This home was very comfortable, it was excellently located, and the owners were very helpful in the questions that we had. VRBO can't take credit for also the excellent weather that we had this Thanksgiving week, but even if it had rained everyday, the house was so nice that it would have been a treat to be inside the entire seven days.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners, girls getaway.

Our family (daughter, son-in-law, two teenage grandchildren, son and daughter in law) along with our dogs have just returned from a great week in this home! Beautiful setting, we spent many hours in the backyard, in the pool and down on the dock..........sunsets are beautiful!! House is well stocked and has comfortable sleeping for 8. Private bath for each bedroom is a plus! Great location in Sea Pines. Owners were very informative and helpful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, girls getaway.

My family and dogs stayed in this home in late May, and we were all very pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful and super clean home! The pictures do not even come close to doing it justice, as every room is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The sunset views from the dock were oh so stunning! We usually dine out while on vacation, but the kitchen was so well stocked and fun to cook in, we ended up dining in several evenings. My elderly in-laws loved the fact that the home was all one level making it easy to maneuver. We also loved the fact that bikes and beach chairs were provided with the home, which made our travel load much lighter! We've rented homes in Sea Pines in years past, but this one is by far our favorite! We hope to stay there again in the fall! The owners were extremely helpful and timely in responses to all of our questions.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners.

We loved staying at this property for a week. The location is very convenient; walking distance to the beach, nearby to plenty of golfing, restaurants and shopping. The house and outdoor space are comfortable and private, and the dock off the back is fantastic for viewing wildlife. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the house, especially the kitchen, is stocked with everything you need. The owner was very responsive in answering all questions. I would highly recommend this property for families or couples.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, pet owners.

My family and I along with our dog stayed here for Thanksgiving week. It was everything we wanted and more. Clean,very well furnished with top of the line furniture,linens and appliances. The sunsets were spectacular. The house was clean and comfortable and the owners were friendly and informative. We would do it again if the opportunity arose..
