This beautiful townhome was constructed in 2000 at the very edge of downtown Fraser. The location offers a quiet setting with unobstructed views of the snow-capped peaks that take your breath away. Byers View has 2 bedrooms on the first level, with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double/twin combination bunk bed. The second level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room connected. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV (cable), VCR/DVD and stereo with cd player. The total square footage of the townhome is approximately 1200 square feet. A deck is located at the rear of the property with a private outdoor hot tub and gas grill. Shuttle access is approximately a 1/4 mile walk.
