This Non-Smoking, executive plus, holiday home is situated in the beautiful resort community of HAMPTON LAKES. It is privately owned and maintained to the highest standards. The home is in the Davenport area located on US 27 close to the junction with I4. This gives good access to Tampa and the Kennedy Space Centre and is within easy reach of the Walt Disney World Resorts, along with the many other theme parks and, of course, is a golfer's paradise, which Florida is famous for.
Our house has its own screened, heated swimming pool with accompanying sun loungers and assorted inflatables around the pool area. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans and has all the home comforts you would expect including a 42"Flatscreen TV in lounge and flat screen TVs/DVD Players in other rooms, over 190 of the latest DVDs, PS2,Computer with free Broadband connection, Hi-Fi and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a fully air-conditioned games area located within the garage, which includes table football, board games, dart board and pool table (the kids love this area!).
For the golfers among you, you will be glad to know that the house is located only 2 miles away from the Highlands Reserve Golf Course, with Ridgewood Lakes Golf Course only 7½ miles South, both championship courses.
