Paradise Found Lodge has a peaceful setting with scenic views. It’s situated well for day trips to Yellowstone, fishing, horseback riding and hiking. We liked walking down the dirt road and looking at the horses in the pastures. We enjoyed the hot spring pools and ice cream desserts at nearby Chico Resort. The house has an effective layout for a big family. We had nine people ranging in age from 3 to 89. The downstairs sleeping layout with its own family room and television allowed for separate activities. The tent bedroom on the lower level was very popular. The open layout on the ground level allowed the whole group to congregate without feeling crowded. Having internet, laundry facilities, and three bathrooms also helped to make our stay very comfortable. For us, it was important to have a level accessible floor plan and shower. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for preparing full meals. The porch was perfect for stargazing. Watching the thunderstorm come across the valley was impressive. Overall, we highly recommend Paradise Found Lodge for young and old alike. Sam (9), Chris (6), Charlotte (3), Irene (89), and 5 other adults.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We had such a wonderful time at Paradise Found. The house was just perfect with each of our kids getting their own room and bathroom. My 10 year old son loved "camping" under the tent and we loved having a comfortable bed to sleep in each night. The views at this place are spectacular. Pictures can't capture how truly beautiful it was there. The kitchen was great! So many times when you stay at a vacation rental you find it difficult to cook due to the lack of supplies. This just wasn't the case as I cooked several meals there and always had just what I needed. The shower was great and the towels/linens were soft and cozy. We were so very comfortable here. The owners were so kind and easy to work with when making our reservations and planning our trip. Thanks Peggy for sharing your beautiful place with our family. We can't wait to come back and will recommend this home to our friends and family visiting the Yellowstone area!

To begin with how best to describe the Paradise Found property is to review the meaning of the word paradise 1.heaven, as the final abode of the righteous. 2.an intermediate place for the departed souls of the righteous awaiting resurrection. 3. Eden 4.a place of extreme beauty, delight, or happiness. 5.a state of supreme happiness; bliss. We have stayed at multiple VRBO's and many within 4 hours either direction of Paradise Found and by far this was fantastic. The home is awesome with plenty of space, great views and relaxing. Location to Yellowstone was an easy drive, or a round a golf up in Bozeman, and great food from 5 mins to 25 minutes away if you did not want to cook in the well supplied kitchen. From a great game room downstairs with tv to the huge flat screen provided play by play for the Ryder Cup to College and Pro football. If you are not into TV, then sit on the front or back deck for the ever changing views from sun rise to sunset. The quiet time for reading a book inside or outside was a constant too, if it was not nap time with the breeze off mountain to put you into a trance. Morning wake up time with cup of coffee at Paradise Found was my favorite time of the day. I promise it is truly the best get away you will find ! The Owners and Property Manager were super to work with and we are already looking at our calendars for our return visit.

We found this house to be a perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Paradise Valley and Yellowstone. The house is in immaculate condition, with wonderful vistas with large windows. Each room was comfortable and the "tent" room would be perfect for children. We thank our hosts for allowing us to stay at their wonderful house, and if all goes well will return next year.

The views were amazing, the house was beautiful & clean, and location was perfect for us. Traveling with small children and staying in unfamiliar surroundings can be difficult but this felt just like a home-away-from-home. The kids were so excited with the camp room and the beautiful fenced-in backyard! Thank you so very much for the wonderful hospitality and making this adventure across country a wonderful experience for us. The is truly a gem in the middle of Paradise Valley and what memories we made here. We hope to return one day:) Thank you for sharing your beautiful property/land and I hope that others will enjoy it as much as we did. The Adair Family Indiana

We had a great time during our mini family reunion. The views are beautiful in all directions. Lovely sunsets (and probably sunrises, but I didn't get up that early). Everything modern with a western flair. WiFi and satellite TV, air-conditioning. Everything we needed including cooking utensils and dinnerware. We were less than 5 minutes away from Chico Hot Springs for dining and swimming. The north entrance to Yellowstone was about 1/2 hour away through beautiful country along the Yellowstone river (one day we stopped to watch a herd of Elk cross the highway). Local fauna at the cabin were ospreys, hawks, western bluebirds, jack rabbits, probably much more that we didn't spot. By the way, googlemaps satellite photos do not yet (July 2012) show this house, even though it was built in 2009. Don't worry, it's there, and looks just like the photo shown above.

I don't know where to begin. We have rented through VRBO for years and I believe this is the BEST rental we've ever found. Five nights in this home caused us to fall in love - not only with the rental, but with the Paradise Valley. Since leaving, I feel homesick! I'm ready to go back tomorrow! The pictures don't do this justice. Every little detail has been considered. The interior decorating is flawless. Every picture, pillow - even tissue box holder! has been carefully considered to make this a true Western escape from reality. They even have a special CD ready for you to listen to upon your arrival. As soon as I began listening to it, it brought tears to my eyes! It was as if I had found my heaven. We had two families stay during this trip - four adults, a 10-year-old, and three 5-year-olds. The boys LOVED the Camp Room! We had to drag them out anytime we left the house. It's HUGE too - much bigger than the photos show. There's a day bed at one end of the room if a parent would want to sleep in there with kids. The best feature of this home - especially for multiple families - is that the lower level is completely self-sufficient. The lower level 'master' might lack in mountain views, but it was very comfortable with down comforter, wonderful log bed and beautiful bathroom/laundry room. The extra 'family room' downstairs allowed for plenty of room for kids to hang out and watch their own shows on TV during down time. My only issue was that the shower downstairs was a little tight - but nothing terrible. The kitchen is amazing (and I mean AMAZING). We fully enjoyed the front and back decks every day. The fenced in backyard was great for the kids to play Frisbee and whiffle ball without shoes - the grass is so lush. The Emigrant General Store had the things we needed in a pinch and Livingston has an Albertson's that was really easy to get to in about 20 minutes for the big stuff. The location can NOT be beat. We enjoyed multiple days/nights in Yellowstone, drove to Bozeman for the Saturday Farmer's Market and Museum of the Rockies, had great BLTs at the Stockman in Livingston, drove all the way up Mill Creek Road to watch the sun set and saw bears during an evening drive back Tom Miner Basin Rd. Five days was not nearly enough time for us to enjoy this property and the surrounding area. We could easily go for a month. Maybe we will next time. :) Thanks Peggy for your wonderful communication and for allowing us to enjoy this piece of Paradise!
