The living room has a dining area and is open to the kitchen, and opens to a deck with outdoor dining, lounging and river view. Steps lead from this deck to a lower deck with hot tub. Off the main living space, there's a bedroom and full bath. The satellite bedroom opens off the main deck, just a few steps from the main house. Next to the house, there's a neighborhood access path to the river. House is ~840sf.
