This beautiful villa in Terre-Basses accessible through an electric iron gate and a paved drive-way with view of ocean and sunset has just added an additional fourth bedroom. There are three detached equal size bedrooms with large mosaic tiled bathrooms and one large bedroom located on the lower part of the villa, offering privacy and tranquility. The comfortable living area opens onto the terrace and a large gourmet kitchen that looks over the pool. Stylish furnishings and beautiful travertine flooring throughout. This property can also be rented at a two or three bedroom rate.
