Seashore Allure - Nautilus

Situated on the third floor of Seashore Allure is Nautilus, a stunning two-level, three-bedroom condo featuring central air-conditioning throughout, three sumptuous suites and many guest amenities. Brazilian hardwood flooring and cabinetry serve as a rich backdrop for Nautilus' elegant and modern furnishings. The fully-equipped sleek and spacious kitchen features granite countertops, upholstered bar stools, stainless steel appliances and virtually everything needed to create a gourmet meal.

On Nautilus' main level are two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath. Both baths feature a large walk-in shower of native blue-bit stone and artistic tile work. A graceful staircase is set against a dramatic, spotlighted waterfall which cascades down a natural stone wall. The staircase curves up to Nautilus' separate upper level where the penthouse suite looks out to a dazzling ocean panorama from its own private verandah.

Private verandahs off the living room and penthouse suite overlook the pool area and Turner Bay and are set with comfortable seating. The verandah's glass half-walls allow for uninterrupted vistas. Should your friends or family wish to have their own accommodations, they may rent similar units just steps from Nautilus. Steps from your door is Seashore Allure's marine-blue pool and entertainment area, where all guests are welcome to relax in the all-day sun. Nearby is a thatched pavilion which offers a shaded area with a gas grill and a 46-inch satellite TV, and there are tables for alfresco dining. There's also a convenient powder room and shower. At the very top of Seashore Allure is a spiral staircase which leads up to a partially-roofed patio and the complex's large hot tub and lounge area. On the premises is also the condo office, where you can do your laundry, get information and assistance, and use the printer to print out your boarding passes.
