The Villas at Walton Creek are located in the mountain village at the base of the ski area in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This cozy upstairs villa is nicely updated offering two master suites, a third bedroom, three bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, PLUS an extra roll-away bed (if needed) and a one car heated garage. We also have the very best views of Mt. Werner (Steamboat) at the Villas.
This beautifully furnished ski area condo features an open great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas for family meals, entertaining, or just relaxing around the fireplace. The living room has a private balcony with an awesome view of the mountain making this villa perfect for enjoying all that Steamboat has to offer in every season.
Additionally, we are located directly across the street from the free city shuttle stop which runs every 20 minutes (2 busses in the winter) to take guests to the ski area base and gondola or into town to enjoy movies, unique shops, the hot springs pool and restaurants.

We were quite happy at this condo! We had friends staying in some 3 and 4BR luxury condos 2 blocks north. Our unit was actually more spacious and had a better layout..and was 40% cheaper! The photos and description do not acurately describe the unit. It is much more spacious than described. There were 8 of us in the unit and we were never crammed in. We were constantly on the go. When we returned for some rest we loved the hot tub. Both hot tubs are just across from the garage parking. The location was so convenient. It was literally across the street from the bus stop. If driving, the access to everything was right there. I will add that we had some company over one night for drinks. They were in a 1BR Luxury Condo. Turns out this was $500 cheaper for a week than they paid and this had a better location and was just as nice! I think my favorite thing while in the unit was drinking my coffee on the balcony in the morning with that beautiful view. If you are looking for a place to stay...QUIT LOOKING!!! My only complaint was there is no central air conditioning. Initially i thought that was why this was so much cheaper than other units. As it turned out, not even the "Luxury" units had it. Nobody did! We actually looked for units with AC in the area while walking and jogging and nobody had it!! It did get a little warm during the day while we were there. As the sun went down the weather was unreal. I couldnt beleive how nice it was at night. Really, 46-50 degrees every night in mid July? Being from Texas we were stunned. Daily highs from 79-84 was not unbearable at all. The air was so dry it didnt feel near 84. I wish we would have seen the humidifier before we were packing to leave! When we return to steamboat we will not have to look for a place to stay. This will be our #1 choice!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Nice, comfortable place to stay in a great location for skiing. I would definitely book this condo again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful stay at Rory's condo - he was quick to reply with any questions we might have and shared willingly recommendations for restaurants etc. The location was conveniently located across the bus shuttle stop to take us to gondla square.The unit was well equipped with all you would want and was taken very well care of - we had a wonderful stay and great memories - Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
