This three bedroom three and a half bathroom luxury villa is wonderfully located near many of the island's fabulous restaurants and chic boutiques.

Villa Prestige is great for entertaining as the air conditioned living room is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for the gourmet cook and there are multiple outdoor areas to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Three king bedrooms with baths en suite overlook the pool and the view. Attention to detail is noted everywhere, including the stone tiles (imported from Dubai) that are on the terraces and in the beautiful pool.

There is an outdoor stereo system on the terrace as well as in the pool. Getting a little hot while sunbathing on the terrace? Mist will automatically spray to cool the terrace by 5 degrees. Villa Prestige is the perfect location from which to watch the midnight fireworks on New Year's Eve. This is a non-smoking villa. Smoking is not permitted in the interior areas.

Prestige offers a wonderful vacation with its closed access to shopping, dining, jet skiing and walking.
