We are offering our beautiful three bedroom unit at Two Bed Room prices to entice you to try our unit. Many rental companies will also rent 2 or 3 bedroom units as a 1 or 2 bedroom by locking off bedrooms, but we don't. We GIVE free use of the entire unit!
Our unit is beautiful and well furnished with granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Our unit is maintained by a local couple who manage it for us and they pride themselves in personal service and providing an immaculately clean unit for you and your family.

This unit was big and beautiful! We had a beautiful view from the balcony and all the features to the unit were great! The location was perfect and we were close to all kinds of attractions. We went for a bachelorette trip and had a great timeRecommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About: We live in Texas after moving to the U.S. from abroad many years ago. We have raised three children, two sons and a daughter. They are now grown and two are married with children and are in successful careers and one is about to finish a graduate program. We have been blessed to have a wonderful family and business and are now looking forward to many years of enjoyment on the beautiful beaches in Orange Beach. This photo shows us fishing on October 2 and one of the many fish we caught. We hope you will also enjoy our wonderful condo and make your own memories at the beach.
Why Phoenix 6:
We bought this property on Alabama's coast because of the beautiful white sand beaches and aqua blue water. We always find it so relaxing when we come here from our home in Texas. We own properties in other areas, but this has become our favorite. We love Alabama and the people here. They are all so friendly and make us feel welcome.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The unit has a great wrap around balcony with views to north waterways and islands at the Pass. Table has six chairs and 4 barstools so a large family group has plenty of dining space. While at the dining table you look out on the beautiful white sand beaches and water. The unit sleeps 10 with 2 in Master BR, 2 queen beds in BR 2 for 4 people and the queen bed in third bedroom for 2 more and two on the sleeper sofa in living room. The bathrooms and kitchen countertops have recently been renovated to granite. The unit is very clean and a non-smoking unit.
