Enjoy your stay in this convenient, comfortable home that is located just minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL), downtown Atlanta, Fayetteville, Newnan and Peachtree City in any direction. The home is also accessible to major Highways and Interstates (I-85 & I-285).
The home features a great floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The 3rd bedroom on main floor doubles as a home-office or as a bedroom with a full-sized bed. This main level bedroom has access to a full bath and can be an option for someone with disability or limited mobility as the living room, kitchen and dining room are all on the main level. There is an Eat-in kitchen with a dinning area that accommodates six. The main entrance has a hard wood foyer that opens to a nice great-room area with fireplace, which is perfect for entertaining or quiet evening. About the owner: This home was purchased as a starter home and has been well cared for over the years. It was chosen primarily because of its convenient location which makes for easy commuting to the nearby cities. I enjoy travel and have stayed in VRBO properties. This has been a great way to enjoy both. Having this property be kid and pet friendly was very important as I have traveled with both myself. The home is well maintained and we maintain high standards so you will not be able to tell the difference.
Why the Owner Chose Fairburn:
This property was purchased because of the location. It is a beautiful house with front brick and a garage. It is only 10 minutes from the interstate and 5 minutes afterwards from the airport. It is not crowded, it is peaceful with no loud noises over head. It is convenient to shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, movie theaters, banks and so forth. It is also within reasonable driving distance to Douglasville, Fayetteville, Newnan and Peachtree City.
