  We visited Cabo as a family with my wife and 3 daughters and were joined by my wife's sister, her husband and 3 boys for a total of 10. The house offered plenty of living, outdoor patio and bedroom space for all of us. Very impressed with the bedding, bathrooms, technology and maintenance. The outdoor pool and spa were awesome and overlooked the ocean. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with top of the line equipment. Close walk to Esperanza Resort and short taxi to downtown restaurants/bars. Would definitely consider renting again as it was a real pleasure to work with Debbie.

  We vacationed here Christmas time 2012 with another family of friends. Ten of us in total. The "kids" ages ranged from 19-27. We loved staying together in this beautiful, spacious Villa, which came exactly as advertised! The owner was available to be in touch with us by phone or email if we so desired, and the house keeper and concierge were fantastic! The home is extemely comforable, and Esperanza is a beautiful development with wonderful amenaties. We would definitely consider a return trip!

  This is our second visit to Debbie's home and we plan to return every year. I love the home for too many reasons to share in this short space. So let me give you a different view from what has already been written. The home was built for personal use rather than a rental property. With that said, the home is beautifully furnished, extremely well maintained, and has all the fixings and extras consistent with a luxury villa. It is clear Debbie is passionate about the home and genuinely interested in those who stay. Debbie keeps track of us during the year and regularly asks about my wife, children and other family members by name. So why do I give this information, because, when you visit casa Sorini, you feel like you are in some strange way coming "home" to your own piece of paradise. Additionally, the Esperanza staff is so amazingly friendly you can't help but look forward to seeing them when you return. You can read more about the amenities below but this is the PERFECT destination for your family and once you visit once you will return for years to come. I can't say enough good things about the home, Debbie and location. Thank you!

  What a wonderful home to spend spring break with our entire family! We had the pleasure of spending 8 glorious nights at this villa. The home owner was extremely friendly and helpful in making our arrangements. The house is very well stocked with all the kitchen items you may need. There are plenty of towels, dishes, glasses and the cooking appliances are top of the line. This villa offers a maid with your stay. She is very sweet, trustworthy and pleasant. It was so nice to be able to cook at home a wonderful meal, do some light tidy up then enjoy the rest of your evening, knowing that the housekeeper was arriving the next morning to clean the kitchen. We were a group of 12; 5 adults and 6 teenager's and 1 child. The teenagers loved the flexibility of walking or driving our little golf cart, to the beach club everyday, it gave them the freedom to be teenagers and they would go to have smoothies, French fries etc...The beach club mamangement were nice to work with and we were able to establicsh an account that was only settled at the end of the week. It was also convenient for an afternoon snack, as the children would bring back fresh salsa, guacamole and chips. This villa also has a concierge at your disposal. He made dinner reservations, golf tee times, organized cabs and offered suggestions for outings. The hotel that is in the Esperanza community is beautiful. We had dinner a couple of times at the restaurant situated on the cliff, very romantic, great food and service. Again the convenience of just driving our golf cart over to the hotel can not be overlooked! We will definitely look at booking this villa again when we return to Cabo..

  We were there with our children and grandchildren and the home was perfect. Beautiful yet comfortable, with all the conveniences you would ever need. In fact, we never even went down to the Esperanza pool as no one wanted to leave our easy access to this gorgeous house, pool, hot tub and deck. We even hired our chef again to enjoy most meals there. From the deck, we were able to enjoy the fire works for New Year's Eve. We all hated to leave and thank Debbie Sourini (who was great to work with) for letting us rent her wonderful house...the only way to go in Cabo with a family.

  We had the most wonderful stay at this fabulous house! It is every bit as beautiful and well maintained as the pictures reflect. The butler was very helpful and the house keeper was just a doll and kept everything perfect. The owner went out of her way to answer our questions and make our stay so enjoyable. As business owners we need to stay 'connected' and the wireless internet was perfect. Sitting by the pool checking email is totally the way to go! We enjoyed the house and pool so much that we really didn't venture out too much. We did enjoy a great lunch at the Beach Club which is only a couple blocks away. We also walked to the Esperanza resort for breakfast and in the evening for cocktails. Both places were fantastic! We suggest going into Cabo for dinner at Edith's. We have dined there one other time and both experiences were fabulous! We also enjoyed cooking our own dinner and eating outside by the pool. Being able to open up the entire back of the house and bring the outdoors in made for a really great setting! We strongly suggest you rent this house. You will not regret it. It's fantastic! We certainly hope to return! Thank you so much to the owners for sharing their spectacular home!

  This beautiful home has all of the finest appointments one can only hope for when traveling. All of the bedrooms are spacious, quiet, and private while being right next to the kitchen/dining/family room where an entire group can gather. I am a bathroom person and these do not disappoint. They are extra large, wonderful walk-in showers, and great lighting. The entire house is wired for sound - truly - even outside! A very hard spot to leave. Everything about the house and resort is top-notch. I have never seen so many employees that are as eager to help in any way they can. You will not want for anything.

  We just spent a wonderful week down at Casa Sourini over the Christmas break with our 4 kids, and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the start, Debbie, the owner treated us like long lost friends. She was incredibly helpful in all aspects of our booking and stay. Baruch, the caretaker was awesome, he took care of booking everything from car rental, golf, atv rides, a cattamaran excursion, deep sea fishing, in house messages and dinner reservations. We even had him arrange a private dinner for 25 at the house. Amazing! The house is absoulutely beautiful and located in the Esperanza complex, so you get to take full advanage of all of the Esperanza amenities that the resort has to offer. We did an amazing lunch with friends at the villa owners private pool and beach club, Gorgeous. From reading above, I am sure you are wondering if we had any time to relax, but we did. Some of our best times were just sitting poolside, or bbq'ing by the firepit. It is such a special place and Debbie and Baruch made it all so easy and amazing! I would highly recommend this property!

  This home is a fabulous five star property. Everything is top of the line and meticulously maintained. The house had virtually everything we needed with a delightful staff ready to fulfill any request. The beach club was a short walk or golf cart ride and is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever seen with full bar, restaurant, fitness center and pools. We used the spa and restaurant at Esperanza but the house was so nice we were happy to return. Our concierge, Baruch, was exceptional. The owners were wonderful and everything was delivered as promised. We look forward to returning soon.

  We stayed at Villa Sourini this summer and what a treat it was! First off, working with the owner, Debbie is a pleasure! She answers all questions and treats you like family! Baruch the concierge took great care of us once there arranging every little detail, picked up a few items we needed, arranged for cribs and highchairs and was there when we needed everything. The Villa is so beautifully decorated yet very comfortable and cozy. We lived in the pool and hot tub and the kids thought they were in heaven! Having the Members Only Beach Club was a treat and a nice getaway if we wanted a change of scene from the villa. Our kids loved cruising around in the golf carts and exploring Punta Ballena. It was a trip of a lifetime and I'm so grateful to Debbie and Jim. Many thanks!! Carlie
