Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Village
We have owned inside Sandestin Resort for many years. A few years ago we discovered Sandpiper Village and fell in love with the Village and the people. We bought our first Villa, 17th Heaven in 2004, our second, Sandollar Villa in 2005 and our third, Greens "N" Gulf in 2006. We lived in 17th Heaven while we built our home on the east side of the resort and moved here full time in 2007. Our 2 boys, their wives and our 9 grandchildren enjoy the villas as much as we do. We hope you will come back again and again to experience the unique vacation experience we have come to love.

Centrally located inside Sandestin Resort, Sandpiper Village is close to everything. There is so much to see, do and eat right here you can stay a week and never have to leave property. However, the largest Designer Outlet Shopping Mall in the country is located directly next to the resort just in case you get bored. The golf courses are your backyard and the most incredible sugar sand beach in the world is just minutes away.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for donating a week a stay at your condo in Sandestin overlooking the 17th Green of The Links course. It was a perfect place to stay at and you and your wife are fortunate to have such a wonderful place to escape to. We really enjoy the Sandestin area and look forward to getting back there as often as we can. The school year has begun and Donna has started her 42nd year of teaching. Her school schedule limits our ability to get away but we hope to take advantage of opportunities when we can. Please express our gratitude to the owners for allowing us to use their home. I just wanted to write to let you know how much my family enjoyed our vacation in Sandestin. We could not have asked for a more beautiful home and a more peaceful astmosphere. We are already talking about scheduling our vaction there next year. The people in the community were kind and the trams were a great way to see the sites of Sandestin. My husband and son took golf lessons and enjoying playing the links. The girls and I enjoyed time at the beach.
