We really had a good time here at 17th Heaven Property. The pictures we saw on the internet were spot on. The place was very clean and all furniture in each room was very comfortable. As far as the location, it was close enough for all our activities. We also enjoyed the bicycles. They came in handy for riding around the property so it was real easy to stop and go when we wanted to see something special like the ducks crossing the golf cart trail. There was a lot to see at this resort so there were times we took our time leaving for our other activities. We have already told our friends back here at home that we would come back in a heartbeat. All patrons at our activities were very nice and helpful. We went scuba diving and go cart racing and jet skiing and spent time on the beach and shopped and ate out at The Back Porch restaurant, McGuire's Irish Pub and Cheeseburgers in Paradise. Miniature Golf was fun also. We look forward to our next time in Sandestin Florida and would come back to this resort. To stay here was less expensive for a week than staying at The Comfort Inn and also less expensive than staying at the Edge Water Condos for a week.

This home and property is one of the best rental properties we have had - the home is very comfortable and well-equipped as far as the kitchen and batyhrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the living room has 2 very comfortable couches and a lazy boy which allows for great relaxing and enjoying the large flat screen wall TV. Extra's included 2 beach bikes and 4 very nice beach chairs. The screen room and deck lookover a pretty medium-sized yard with nice trees out oton the 17th green of the Links course - great place to enjoy your morning coffee! Lots of windows to enjoy the sunshine. Neighborhood is quiet and a great place to take walks during the day or evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The property manager was extremely helpful in working with us to secure the reservation and during our stay. We had a minor issue with a toilette that wouldn't stop flushing, but she addressed it immediately. The property was nicely decorated, clean, and had wonderful amenities. The view of the 17th green was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family, and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Once again our winter at 17th Heaven was terrific. The bungalow is clean, nicely equipped and well designed for entertaining. The friendly neighbourhood is lovely with flowers and parks everywhere. With shopping, dining, golf and one of the most beautiful beaches we've seen, there is no lack of activities for a variety of age levels. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time in Sandestin. Property was just as described, very nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the golfers as they played the 17th green. Location in Sandestin was perfect. Lots of biking and walking paths. Many choices for dining in and around the resort. JL was very helpful before and during our stay. Thanks again for all your help.

The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. My husband, I, and our two dogs would stay here again (and plan to) any time. Thank you also for the nice extras, such as conveniently placed information on the surroundings and clear instructions regarding the house and community.

Just wanted to drop note - we arrived on the 18 of June and stayed in 731 for a month - The house was perfect! It was very warm and inviting. Our Family had a wonderful stay. Your home made us feel like it was our Home away from Home !!! See you next year -

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for donating a week a stay at your condo in Sandestin overlooking the 17th Green of The Links course. It was a perfect place to stay at and you and your wife are fortunate to have such a wonderful place to escape to. My brother-in-law and I had a wonderful time playing the Sandestin golf courses and enjoying absolute perfect weather during our stay. On behalf of my brother-in-law, thank you again.

We really enjoy the Sandestin area and look forward to getting back there as often as we can. The school year has begun and Donna has started her 42nd year of teaching. Her school schedule limits our ability to get away but we hope to take advantage of opportunities when we can. Please express our gratitude to the owners for allowing us to use their home. I just wanted to write to let you know how much my family enjoyed our vacation in Sandestin. We could not have asked for a more beautiful home and a more peaceful astmosphere. We are already talking about scheduling our vaction there next year. The people in the community were kind and the trams were a great way to see the sites of Sandestin. My husband and son took golf lessons and enjoying playing the links. The girls and I enjoyed time at the beach.
