Luxury Trailside unit. Ski-In/Ski-out to the Grammy Jay trail steps from your front door. Our condo has a new boot heater in the entry area with a bench to comfortably put on and take off your ski boots. There is space to store your ski helmets,boots, and gloves. Great views of trail and Jay Peak Mountain from the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen has granite countertops, pendant lights, and a tile back splash. Unit includes free Internet service, cable TV, DVD, VCR, and a gas fireplace. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has a King size bed while the other bedroom offers two bunk beds. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. In summer and fall, you can enjoy a brand new championship golf course, outdoor swimming pool, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, tram rides and tennis. The unit also has ceiling fans and an outdoor deck with a gas grill and comfortable seating.
Skiing: Jay is the snow capital of the east averaging over 350 inches per winter. Because of the mountains unique location and geographical features it receives more snow than anywhere in New England.

EXCELLANT ACCOMODATIONS!! NICE AND CLEAN, NICE LAYOUT, NICE DECOR, DINNER SEATING GREAT - WATCHING TV A LITTLE TIGHT. EVERYTHING AS STATED IN WRITE UP. W/D HANDY TO HAVE, ESP. IN RAINY CONDITIONS! NICE LOCATION ON TRAIL - EASY IN/OUT. A 3-RING BINDER WITH SOME INFO ON LOCAL STORES/RESTAURANTS WOULD BE HELPFUL. OVERALL, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT.Recommended for: Families with young children.
