Welcome to our Summit Home in Frisco Colorado. Our home is only minutes from Copper Mountain, Breckinridge, A-basin, and Keystone ski resorts, and 30 minutes from Vail and Loveland!
In the Summer, our little town offers a Marina, fly fishing in the local Ten Mile Creek, and so much more! Our county offers one of the longest paved bike path which connects all towns and our home is on it!
We know your group will enjoy the Summit Lodge! This 3300 SQft. 5 bedroom custom home was designed in mind for large occasions and family retreats in mind. Everything has been updated within the last 3 years!
The garage can accommodate your ski gear or Bikes and 2 cars, while the driveway easily parks 4 more cars. It’s an easy drive home after a long day of having fun, only 4 blocks off of Main Street and Hwy. 9.
With our children we can walk to Main in less than 10 min. on the east end! Go 2 blocks west and you are in the heart of Main Street Business District!
The Views from our home are fantastic! We can’t say enough about all the windows and how, at any time you can look up, and see the pure blue sky or Mountain ranges. You can get a 360 degree view of all our mountain ranges standing in the Loft!
MAIN LIVING AREA:
The Livingroom, Dining Room, and Kitchen are all in a huge open area that allows everyone to enjoy each other!
The living room is where you can cozy up to the fireplace, started only at the push of a button! Watch DirectTV, Payper View, YouTube, Free Movies on Netflix, and Pandora Radio online on our 52 inch LED TV!
Huge windows look at Buffalo Mt., Continental Divide, and Mt. Royal while the sun shines in from the east in the morning and sets on you in the west, never being in the shade! (unless snow is falling!)
The Hot Tub and Grill are just off of the Living Room on a covered Deck facing the North West.
Head upstairs to play pool in the loft with a regulation size table and 32' flat panel tv so you will never miss a game guys and gals! The Loft also features a private deck with views of Peak One and Mt. Royal, a perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning! Throw some sleeping bags out there in the summer for a fun 'Camp Out' for the kids!
Our Custom Kitchen has all the amenities you look for in a kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops and convection oven with electric glass top cooking surface. We have thought of every item you may need for your cooking, preparing, and serving meals. We do leave spices, dressings, and extra baking supplies for you as well! I will also personally shop for your food needs, just ask!
It's a huge benefit when you have just driven up the Mountain late at night and don't want to go back out to Grocery Shop!
The dining Area is between the Kitchen and Living Room with a pub-style table that seats 11 and next to it is the counter seating for 4 which works well and feels like family style meals each time you sit to dine. If more seating is needed, send them to the Game Table just 6 feet away in the Living Room for 4 more seats and all will feel apart of the memories you are making!
Just remember - this is a Large open space! Perfect for the whole group!
Off of the Living Room is the Master Bedroom with a magnificent King Bed and bathroom with steam shower. There is private access to the hot tub and deck from the bedroom which makes it a true spa retreat!
The Hot Tub is the most wonderful place to visit and relax after a long day of playing!
We loved watching the shooting stars and Big Dipper pass us by as we let the jets work out our aches. You can comfortably sit 5-6 people in there, so let it be the place you get to know your friends all over again.
The Lower Level:
This area features a Den, 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms, & Laundry.
With a 42' Flat Panel TV internet connectivity, you can watch Netflix, YouTube, or Listen to Pandora Radio. Also play the Wii or Watch Direct TV in HD!
There is a small video/DVD library and a Red Box Rental in Walmart for any movies you may want to watch!
The Couch will make into a Queen Bed or you can use it as a Twin as well. Bedding right there in the ottoman.
-First Bedroom: features 1 queen bed, full closet, and large windows to enjoy the eastern sunrise. Bedding is 600 Thread Count Sheets on a Select Comfort Mattress! We have a twin mattress in the closet for those little ones who want to be near Mom and Dad - just pull out and lay on the floor. Bedding provided.
-Speed-racer room offers a Twin bed over a Queen Log Bunk bed. Memory Foam mattresses with luxury bedding provided! Enjoy the retro fun of always winning the race, no matter what your age! Full Size Closet and relaxing chair with room for an air-mattress if needed.
-The Bunk Room is just that, it has 1 bunk bed with a trundle and another Bunk with a desk beneath. It sleeps 4 comfortably and all are twins size. Cedar Lined Closet and dresser for any clothing.
-Our Chocolate Room boasts of a king bed as your own private retreat with large views to the west of Mt Royal and Buffalo Mountain. Cedar Lined Closet and Tall Dresser, also room for the Pack n Play for the little one!
-There are 2 bathrooms on the lower level also. 1 Bathroom with full Bathrub/Shower and the other offering a steam shower! It's a luxury walk in Shower cave, perfect for the end of a long active day! The Towels and Soaps are all set out for your arrival!
With the grand entry you find slate flooring and a fantastic area with custom cubbies for all your gear, summer or winter, so come on up and enjoy the Summit Lodge!

My family had a great stay in this home. It was perfectly arranged for my group which included me, my wife, our 3 adult daughters plus their children and a few friends. The 5 bedrooms easily slept the 10 adults and 2 children, and the select comfort mattress was a very nice surprise. The kitchen, dining and main floor living room was perfect for several game nights and evening dinners for the whole group. There were also plenty of TV's and electronic amenities to keep everyone entertained when we were ready to split up. Views from the hot tub were amazing. The house was clean and well stocked. All rules, instructions and requirements were clear and easy to follow. All these things are evident in the pictures and online information, but the thing that prompted my review was the great customer service. Cammie was a real pleasure to work with and made this a smooth and simple process. We stayed at the same time as Steff from Denver, and I want to echo everything she had to say! The house was a perfect location in relation to Frisco and the nearby towns. We took advantage of the bike and running trails that were very close to the house. We didn't use our car the entire time we were there. Bus transporation is very close and easy to use between towns. This was a perfect house to relax, have fun, and catch up with old friends! Our kids were able to keep themselves entertained while all the adults were able to have their own fun! We felt very safe in the house and community. Thank you to Cammie for providing this wonderful house! I'd love to come back in the winter and go skiing!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Frisco! We had a diverse group of "old" college friends that included singles through families with young children. Everyone loved the house and there many comments about the layout and how beautiful the home was. The kids loved the bunk beds and the Wii, of course, while the adults made sure both the hot tub and the pool table were used and appreciated! Our group also expressed how nice it was to have a real house to stay in, rather than a hotel room where you can't wait to leave everyday. Additionally, Cammie had mentioned there was a park close to the house, but she failed to mention the size of the playground; the kids literally shouted, "WOOHOO!!" when we strolled over. Frisco was a very welcome relief from the heat down in Denver! It is a lovely little town with lots to do. Kayaking/canoeing, and biking were big favorites with our group. The free shuttle service to surrounding resorts is great too! The part of our group not eager for the bike ride UP to Copper Mountain really enjoyed putting the bikes on the shuttle early in the morning and experiencing the bike ride back DOWN to Frisco! (If you go, keep your eyes open for the "rock zoo!" It's pretty cool!) Cammie was a joy to work with. She made the booking process and stay easy and worry-free. We never had any real problems during our stay, but we did have a couple questions to which she promptly responded and easily resolved. Overall, I cannot think of anything we did not enjoy about our visit, other than not being able to stay longer!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at this vacation rental. There were 13 of us in all, including 8 adults and 5 children, ages 3 to 12. This house was perfect for us - we loved the large dining room table, the spacious living spaces and the updated bathrooms. The location was close to a fun park and easy access to biking, hiking and dining. A great time was had by all and Cammie was wonderful to work with. We definitely recommend this home to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our time at this home. It's a beautifully finished, very spacious place. We have 5 kids, and there was no shortage of room. Hot tub worked great, very relaxing. Our kids loved being there, and were very excited to explore the house and the area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Frisco. We stayed here with a group of 14 for a conference and it was perfect. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. We were able to all sit down together for meals. The way the house is laid out it doesn't feel crowded and we had more than enough room. It is a short walk to the mainstreet of Frisco, so we didn't have to drive once we were there. Cammie was great, quick to answer any questions and ensured that we had a flawless trip. I would love to stay here again anytime I need to stay in Frisco or Copper.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed for 4 days in January and had an excellent experience. There were 10 people and we had more than enough room. The house is equipped with everything that you need in a ski house - Wii, Tv's, hot tub, comfortable beds. It is in a great location to access Copper, Breck, Vail, Keystone... We enjoyed our stay very much in this home even though it was too cold to be outside for more than 5 minutes and half of us had a very bad cold...the layout of the home is fantastic for multiple families/age groups and it was very clean! Our family, old and young, stayed over the 2010 Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. The kitchen is very large, modern and well equipped. I especially liked that we could seat 12 around the big kitchen kitchen/dining table. As in most homes, the kitchen is the gathering place and this one is perfect for that. The teens liked the pool table area and entertainment room which included a wii. Plenty of bathrooms and the steam feature was particularly enjoyed after skiing. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Plenty of car parking, wifi for those that can't get unplugged and great playground a block away for the young ones.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Cammie owns a professional cleaning business and Dan is a Custom Building Contractor. We lived here personally for 4 years and after much consideration decided to open the opportunity for others to experience the relaxing and peaceful setting of our home. We love our neighbors and friends we have made here and they are part of what makes our setting so perfect. Always a friendly wave or helping hand if needed and that will extend to our guests as well!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This home features so much that we have a hard time not talking about it! We love our location where the sun shines in at almost every angle of the house while it passes over.
The home has 2 large solar panels that utilizes this also and heats our hot water which saves energy. The house is heated mainly by in-floor radiant heat so the Oak flooring is always inviting to walk on even when it's cold outside. The other heat sources include Cove Heat, gas fireplace, and the sun.
The openness of the home invites you to feel apart of the Mountain landscape and features custom knotty alder doors and trim, open beams, and energy efficient lighting. Top down/Bottom-up shades are on every window so you can choose lighting and privacy and still have views of the mountains!
The street is quiet and parking is easily accessed, we only ask that no one parks in the street.
Run 1 block to the west and you have arrived at the Frisco Fun Park, Bicycle South 1 block and you are on the Summit CO Bike Path, Walk 4 blocks and you are at the Summit Stage Stop and Main!
