Less than 1/2 mile to Nauset Beach this 4 Bedroom "main house" is in a cute cottage colony on Beach Road in East Orleans! First floor includes living room with fireplace, large kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms- one with a King and one with 2 twins – Central Air Conditioning and peeks of the ocean! One second floor bedroom with 2 twins and an AC unit and one lower level walk-out bedroom with 2 twins. 5 smaller, 1 bedroom cottages (sleeping 4 in each) surround this main house and makes this the perfect spot to vacation with family and friends! (Cottage #11 is attached to the main house but uses separate entrance and outdoor dining.)NO PETS ALLOWED. $1800 per week in season for #12 main house.$55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage Fee (VRD), $60 Handling Fee, (fees non-refundable).
