The first floor features hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen, 2 dining table options, a half bathroom, and also 2 living areas. Off each living area is a screened-in porch to enjoy afternoon breezes or dusk entertaining. There is also a bonus room with chairs and loveseat for reading and relaxing. All bedrooms are on the second floor along with the 2 full baths. The master bedroom has distance views of Nauset Beach and the front bedroom with the Queen bed has a small balcony with views out to Roberts Cove. Please note that the twin beds are XL. The basement is a finished entertainment and game area with sofas, flat screen TV, and a combination full-size pool table/ping pong table. Wireless internet service, and a new flat screen TV in the livingroom. This home also comes with deeded access thru a path right off the property to Roberts Cove to launch a kayak, walk the trail, or explore. $4500 per week in season. *PET FRIENDLY.
