This 4 bedroom classic home in the Pochet Association is in a wonderful location with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Pochet Inlet. The main floor includes the living area, kitchen, and breakfast nook. For dining with the whole group, the screened-in porch off of the living room features a large dining table. There is an additional deck above the screened in porch up a spiral staircase for afternoon lounging and relaxation. On the main floor are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twins and the other with 1 twin. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room and a full bathroom on the first floor. A staircase off of the kitchen takes you to the second floor and the other 2 bedrooms, with a king and 2 twins. The large yard is bright with sunlight, shrubs and gardens--a great place for bird watching too. Outdoor shower is not enclosed. Access to the private Pochet Association Beach. Pet Friendly Home. $3,000 per week in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee, $60 Handling Fee (fees non-refundable).
