Sliders to deck, brick patio, back yard and fire pit. First floor bedroom with queen bed opens to full bath. Second floor features 2 large bedrooms with 1 full and 1 twin bed, and another with 1 full and 2 twins, sharing a hall bath. Finished basement includes a kitchenette, a full-size futon, TV and games for a perfect kid get-away area. About ½ mile to walking path to one end of Skaket and about ¾ mile to Skaket Beach parking lot. Close to the bike trail. Accepts dogs only with prior approval, cats not allowed due to allergies. Rents for $2850/week in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage Fee (VRD), $60 Handling Fee, (fees non-refundable).
