Very clean, very nice cape in Surf City. Home features living, dining and kitchen areas and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Upstairs has a very large master bedroom with large outside deck and another bedroom with a shared bath. Owner will accept 1 small dog with owner permission and a pet deposit. Also, this home is available off-season for rental. Traffic lights on the corner make beach access easier.
