Great location and in as new condition! Furnished like a model... Beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bath, vacation getaway located in Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club.
This second-floor unit is conveniently located near the elevator and just steps away from one of the four pools. There is a great view of the lake, second green, and third tees from the lanai, as well as the eighth green from the kitchen area. Living room features a sofa/bed and love seat, entertainment center with 32-inch TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo.
The lanai has a table for four with an electric grill. There is dining for four and a kitchen set for four as well. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two night stands, and a dresser with TV. Guest room has two twin beds, night stand, and dresser.
For your comfort there are ceiling fans in the living room, lanai and two bedrooms. For your convenience there is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Also a reserved covered parking space and a secured storage room near the elevator are included.
The private 18-hole, championship, Lewis/Azinger Signature Golf Course is a members only course that challenges all levels of play. There is a fully-equipped pro shop, driving range, practice sand bunkers, and putting green. For a modest transfer fee, renters are entitled to FREE green fees - May through December and $35.00 green fees - January through April, as well as use of all clubhouse amenities.
Cedar Hammock is a gated community with a stunning 22,000-square-foot clubhouse with fine and casual dining including a bar, pro tennis courts, pool, spa, and fitness center. Located just minutes from downtown Naples and Marco Island shopping, beaches, and a variety of world-class restaurants. Come visit one of the most elegant areas that South Florida has to offer!

I recently had the wonderful opportunity to spend 10 relaxing days at this lovely, beautifully furnished condo at Cedar Hammock Golf and CC. This condo makes a wonderful home away from home with all the ammenities you could ask for. It's elegant, yet comfortable and cozy. Immaculately clean. Quiet. Striking views of the golf course at the front and back of the condo. 24-hour guarded entrance. The convenience of doing your laundry in a full-size washer and dryer eliminates having to pack a ton of clothes. This vacation was without a doubt the most relaxing vacation I've ever had. Downtown Naples is gorgeous with amazing shopping, dining, sightseeing. It's an extremely friendly and accessible place but with a refinement not often seen at vacation destinations. Make sure to visit the Naples pier and watch the spectacular sunset on the Gulf. And ladies, be sure to check out the store, "The Best of Everything". You'll love it!! I can't say enough nice things about this condo and the city of Naples. Treat yourself to a stay at this condo at Cedar Hammock! You definitely won't be disappointed!!

We found the accomodation to be excellent. The condo furnishings and and the fully equiped kitchen were top notch with execellent views of the golf course and surrounding area . The golfing, tennis, and fitness facilities are very good. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next winter.

An extremely comfortable and well equipped Condo with an excellent view. The facilities available within the complex are first rate including the condition of the golf course and the dining at the Club House. The owners were extremely helpful and we hope to visit again in the future.

We spent a very relaxing and comfortable holiday in this elegant condo. We played the course 5 times which proved a good test of our game. We overnighted in Orlando visiting Epcot and Sea world. Mostly we had a well earned rest! This was our first time to U.S.A. You are such a friendly folk ! We would love to return to the condo in the future.

We had a wonderful couple of weeks at Cedar Hammock in April. The owners are very accomodating and responsive and were able to help us out on short notice. The condo itself is very comfortable with modern decour with a private view. Great location in Naples, 10 minutes to anywhere. Played the golf course 5 times and it was in excellent conditon. The staff at Cedar Hammock were friendly and the seafood buffet on Fridays is excellent ! Thanks again !

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was furnished as nice and confortable as our own home. All the kitchen stuff that you need is available and dinner sets for guests is very adequate. We look forward to returning again in Feburary.

Cedar Hammock is absolutely beautiful! The condo is only 10 minutes from downtown Naples and the beautiful beach and pier. The condo itself feels like home. It has everything you need down to thoughtful touches like mini shampoos, etc. The owners are so kind and wonderful to work with. I have rented other homes in Naples and will not rent from anyone else again. I guarantee you will enjoy your stay here!

Cedar Hammock is perfect for a golfing holiday in Naples. This condo has everything we needed, it was extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed watching the golf and the Florida wildlife from our sunny lanai. The owners are really helpful and we will certainly make the trip from England again.

With all the comforts of home and beautiful decorating touches, this unit was the perfect rental for our golf vacation! The course is great too. The owners were responsive and very helful -- made this rental very easy. A GREAT unit to rent!
