We had a great time at Tropical Paradise. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and, despite the July heat, we had a blast in the pool during the day and at night. Tropical Paradise is the perfect place for a restful vacation- we can't wait to book our next stay!

We stayed at "Tropical Paradise" over the New Years Eve weekend and couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Some friends flew in from all over the U.S. to come together in the spirit of friendship, good health and relaxation. Tropical Paradise provided all this and more. So often you stay in a rental and you're only provided with the basic amenities. This was not the case with this condo. The owners paid great attention to detail and went above and beyond to make their home feel comfortable and enjoyable. Some of our favorite house details include: TV outside, beautiful fire place, juicer for the grapefruits (from the tree outside!), beautiful lights over the patio and great kitchen and grill to cook in. Thank you Bruce for being so prompt in our correspondence--your concern with the well being of your clients was very apparent. We will come back again and are already missing this little slice of heaven!

Me and some of my girlfriends rented this home celebrating one of the girls and it was perfect. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The patio and pool were private and we spent most of our time there. In fact after we bought food and drinks, we found that we never left the house the rest of the weekend. The owners are very easy to work with and were responsive. We will be back soon!!! Thank you!!

My wife and I stayed the week between Christmas and New Years and we had a great time since the rain California was getting stopped before we arrived. The house was great, the pool was very nice and relaxing, and the back yard afforded us complete privacy where we spent most of our time lounging by the pool. Although we had a few issues, the owner Bruce rectified the situation to our satisfaction. We will return in the future.

Great home. Clean and neat. Everything in the house works the way it should. A very quiet neighborhood. A lots of pool toys for kids as well as for adults to have fun with. We left very relaxed and satisfied from your place. The most important part was your kind and flexible personality towards our requests. Over all it is worth for the offered price.Thanks Doug, we are looking ahead for a come back.

The house was clean but unfortunately my husband and I don't plan on coming back here. There was a weird smell in 2 of the rooms and a few dead cockroaches and small bugs randomly throughout the house. Perhaps that was due to the time of year we went (September). The spa/jacuzzi was disappointing but the pool was nice. The solar power pool heater was not working so we had to call the owner to tell us how to heat the pool using the gas heater. The owner was nice and helpful. There are a lot nicer areas of Palm Springs that I'd recommend for others to go to over this but the privacy of the pool was really nice. Just wanted to give an accurate review for others who may be thinking about vacationing here as I noticed most of the other reviews are positive yet outdated.

Owner response:We checked our home after these guests stayed and found the following: Our home is professionally cleaned after every visit. No evidence of smell was there upon our check, so it may have been the initial smell of cleaning chemicals. The couple of bugs that made it into our house were crickets -- not roaches. The pool was heated to 85 by the functional solar as promised. The outside temp during their visit was over 100 degrees which makes 85 feel cool at first. We allowed them to heat the pool higher with the gas heater. We do all we can to satisfy our guests, but sometimes you can't win them all!

The photos and listing are accurate and everything was clean. Our stay was peaceful and rejuvenating, so quiet and secluded. We lived in the backyard. Our first visit to Palm Springs, weather was 100 degrees plus, we loved it! The swimming pool was fantastic. We had a really great dinner at Zini downtown during restaurant week and enjoyed a mid-century modern architecture tour with Robert. We highly recommend Tropical Paradise and hope to visit again.

This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting. It's in a quiet location but just a short distance from downtown Palm Springs and all the amenities. It's a good sized, very comfortable property with all the facilities we needed. The best feature, however, was the pool. It was very hot when we stayed (August) and we spent many hours in the water. The owner was also very helpful, assisting us during our visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tropical Paridise.

This is a perfect house for 4-6 people. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Owner is a pleasure to work with, would give this home an AA+++++ rating.

April 29 through May 1st, 2007 WHAT A PERFECT PLACE TO BEGIN OUR HONEYMOON! After a very hectic planning period, the wedding came off almost perfectly and we sure were in need of some rest and relaxation. Your home fit our needs PERFECTLY! The pool was enjoyed many times and the house is furnished beautifully. Although I think we could have slept on a rock, the Master Bedroom King Bed was a pleasure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for the opportunity! We recommend to all and my next keystrokes are to check for availability for our 1st Anniversary next April!
