This one bedroom, upper end unit is ultra clean and fully furnished for the demanding person. You will enjoy a sense of spaciousness from the cathedral ceilings and mountain views from every window. The extended deck is equipped with a gas barbeque and provides a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
This condo is located next to the Elkhorn golf course and adjacent to free public transportation which allows you access to a hands free tour of the Sun Valley area, great restaurants, shopping, ski lifts as well as Nordic skiing locations. Walking and bike trails are out your front door. Come enjoy the amenities which include a nearby hot tub, sauna, swimming pool and tennis courts. We invite you to cozy up by the wood burning fireplace and enjoy the new high definition 46" FLAT SCREEN TV after a fun filled day on the mountain.
This is our home away from home so we are looking for the discriminating renter. We will rent on either a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Please contact us for specific rates on longer term rentals. We think once you arrive you will see why this place is so special to us. Small pets may be considered on an individual basis.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this Ridge condo. The condo was immaculate and well organized. It has a very nice layout. The owners were friendly and responsive to any questions that we had. The location is great and is very close to bike trails and other outdoor activities. Skiing in Sun Valley is amazing and we'd like to visit in the summer. Ketchum is an great town with many dining options. We recommend the Pioneer Saloon, Sawtooth Club and Ketchum Grill for dinner. Java on Fourth is eclectic and has good breakfast and coffee. Galena Lodge is also worth the drive for lunch.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks in this condo in August 2011 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, fully furnished and well-appointed home away from home in the Sun Valley area. There was virtually nothing missing. The location is perfect, close to pools and tennis courts and with easy access to town by car or free bus (or a moderately long but pleasant walk). The owners were helpful and easy to deal with. We definitely intend to return and rent the unit again, and again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Our stay was so relaxing and comfortable. The owners spared nothing in providing everything we could possibly want. All furnishings were new-looking and well taken care of.. When you walk in the door you have the feel of a very nice resort with all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless! It was a very romantic getaway for us, with the great fireplace, big screen tv, great kitchen for cooking, and the fabulous deck and views for morning coffee and evening wine. It was evident that the owners take great pride in their condo. Truly a hidden gem in Sun Valley! We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.

About the owner: Our permanent residence is in Kirkland, Washington. We are both retired after enjoying 31 years as a Pilot and Flight Attendant for Northwest Airlines. We have been fortunate to have spent every winter in our condo enjoying both downhill and cross country skiing. Over the years we have come to love Sun Valley summers here as well. We have never rented our place in the past, but due to other current commitments in our lives, we have decided to share this magical place with others. As has always been the case for us, we hope you will find our condo as fun, cozy and romantic as we always have.
