Good location; poorly built

The location is good, a 10-min. walk to Cabriolet. Can ski-out at end of day, though the way is a bit tricky to find. Jacuzzi is nice, but a bit far to walk to on a freezing day - dress warmly! Condo works well for 2 families as long as you don't need lots of privacy (we had all boys). Not for families with young children - lots of stairs. The amenities are fine, but the place is very poorly built. - leaking roof/ceiling, bathroom doors don't close unless pushed, etc. Internet (and phone) didn't work while we were there, so check first. Property management was fairly responsive about other things though. Owner needs to leave an info sheet in the condo for renters. For instance, we didn't know the fireplace ran off the thermostat so we thought it was broken.

Owner response:Regarding the guests "poorly built" comments. The dates they visited, Park City received record amounts of snow. So much that the amount of snow on the roof couldn't be managed. By managed I mean, there are wires on the roof that melt the snow and keep it clear...well, they couldn't keep up with the rate of snow that was falling and unfortunately it created "ice dams" that in turn created a leak in the roof. Obviously an unfortunate event but according to my property management company, they had over 20 other condos around town that had the same problem. As for the phone / internet, a snow plow took out the phone line....again, a too much snow problem....I guess constant powder is not always a good thing...My apologies.. As for the info sheet....not a bad idea I will get on it.
