  We own a 1 BR villa next door and needed extra space during our Spring Break family vacation. My husband and I, and our 13 year old granddaughter stayed in this villa, while our son and daughter-in-law stayed in ours. As an owner of vacation property, I am picky about places where I am the renter. I can honestly say this villa is very comfortable and well equiped and we would definately rent again should we need a 2 BR. We didn't know the owner before I contacted him to rent. He was great to deal with through VRBO and his property management company made check-in and out very easy. We needed some light bulbs replaced and they were there within the day of the request. I am biased, but I think Racquet Club Villas is the best spot in Sea Pines...close to everything, with its own swimming pool and tennis courts. The Sea Pines trolley stops right outside this villas door, so no need to take your car to the Beach Club.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Owner was great letting us book last minute! Location was perfect. We could walk to Harbour Town in five minutes. Enjoyed the little breakfast place at entrance of Harbour Town. Nice, peaceful area out back to read and watch squirrels.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We have been vacationing in Sea Pines since the late 1980's, but this was our first Racquet Club Villa rental. This unit met our needs as it was clean, spacious, well-equipped, quiet, and in a great location. During our stay, we enjoyed biking, reading, golfing, shopping, movies, Comedy Club, and local restaurants. We would not hesitate to recommend Racquet Club Villa #2331 to other travelers.

  Our family of two adults and two children (ages 10 & 7) just returned from a delightful 1 week stay at this villa, which was an updated, very clean, very comfortable villa, the beds were great, the kitchen was very nice and well equipped, a big plus the villa has wi-fi. It was perfect and had everything you would need for a great vacation!!! The villa is located in a very peaceful area where you could sit on the back patio enjoy a good book, look at the lagoon or you can be active since the complex has 4 wonderful clay tennis courts which we used everyday and a pool which my children used, we were very lucky in the weather department this spring break we had 6 days of great outdoor weather and only 1 day of off and on rain. Also in the complex you can watch nature at the lagoons where you can see turtles and alligators. We did a lot of bike riding on the bike paths all around Sea Pines, the villa is a short bike ride or walk (about 2 blocks) to Harbour Town were there is a Light House, playground, shops, restaurants and evening entertainment, the horse stables are about a 5 min bike ride, the beach at Sea Pines Beach Club is 1.5 miles away and 3.3 miles is South Beach Marina Village where you will find the Salty Dog Cafe, Giuseppi's Pizza is about a 10 min bike ride. If you don't want to bike or drive your car there is a convenient trolley that picks up in the complex parking lot and will drop you off at many stops in Sea Pines. The owner and property management answered all questions and was very easy to work with! We enjoyed this villa and our stay very much and would recommend it to anyone going to Sea Pines!!!

  Enjoyed our 3 weeks in this clean and updated condo. especially love the many windows that keep the condo light and airy. Location ideal for walkers and bikers, tennis buffs! The rental agency was great to work with prompt replace of couple light bulbs and garbage disposal--both handled within a couple hours of reporting. Definitely intend to rent from owner again.
