Welcome to one of the most peaceful areas in Panama City Beach!! Ramsgate Harbour is located at the very west end of Front Beach Road with HUGE ADVANTAGES!! First, it is only three stories high and spreads the 66 units along the beach so that it is somewhat a private beach! We are far away from the 'spring break' hustle and bustle, yet close enough you can enjoy everything there is to offer... including a quiet atmosphere away from all the high rises with their crowded beaches. In addition, we do not have traffic like on 30A where you sit forever, just trying to get to the store or restaurants! We are right on the corner of Front Beach Road and HWY 98. We do what the locals do.... zip down 98 till you are abeam your desired location, then cut through to Panama City Beach or 30A and save the hassles of fighting the traffic during the busy seasons!

Unit #65 is an upstairs/downstairs unit and located on what we call the second floor....which is actually the second level up above the covered parking. The door is Electronic Entry so you do not have to drive somewhere late at night to pick up the key on arrival. Another advantage is not having to worry about who has the key, or what part of the beach you should start digging for it!! The view from the front door straight through to the beach will warm your heart as soon as you step inside to set your bags down! The unit has wood and tile floors on the first level and all carpet on the second. The kitchen is freshly renovated with granite and all new appliances. This is an up to date unit and not the typical run of the mill beach condo. Washer and dryer are in unit along with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. Because of the way the units are set up, they all offer fantastic views---just hope you can sleep with the surf rolling gently in the background. We are located near the pool but not directly in front of it, giving you the quiet privacy of the beach and yet still within a short walk to the pool and grill area. Perfect if you want to enjoy the amenities without having to carry a ton of stuff a long distance, or if you have children that want to use the pool. This is NOT A PARTY AREA or unit and is strictly enforced so that our owners and guests can enjoy the tranquility of the moment without interruption!
The best part of the location of Ramsgate Harbour besides the quiet beach, is our easy access to all attractions via HWY 98 that Panama City Beach and 30A do not have. You can get to Seaside in 15 min, Pier Park in 10 (Mall, Shops, Restaurants, Pier, 16 room movie theater), Miniature golf in 20, and some of the best golf courses in the area in 10 to 15. Bayou Bill's is just across the street, Publix is 200 yards away, a donut shop and a local eatery (hole in the wall called 'SunnySide Grille') are just down the street. We will be constantly updating the map on this website to indicate places that might interest you during your stay....assuming you even want to leave the place!! So please come and relax....knowing you are in a quiet and safe area away from the attractions, yet close enough to enjoy any and all you wish to partake in! ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY make sure and give me a heads up!! Oh, and did I say to bring a good book?!

This was our first time to stay at Ramsgate & loved it. It was clean, close to beach, & had everything we needed to make our vacation the best one ever. Can't wait til next year to go again. We want to stay in same place around the same time. I would highly recommend you stay here on your vacation. You won't regret it.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

First off, let me say just how easy it was to deal with the owner, Gil. Very responsive to all my questions and he provided great instructions on what we would need to know about the condo. The condo is a short drive to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach as well as Pier Park in Panama City. Additionally Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS and a liquor store are within walking distance. Inside the condo was very comfortable and inviting and the beds were great! We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We loved our stay in this unit--Easy access to beach--great view and under building parking. The electronic door lock system kept us from having to keep up with who had the key. Complimentary beach chairs was so nice, wireless service was great, and having a grocery store right across the street was the best part of all! Great place to stay--we would definitely rent this unit again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was everything they said it woould be, the owner Gill contacted us during our stay to confirm all was ok. The area was a very safe and the people were all very friendly. We will definatly return again. Make sure and visit the two Piers in Panama Beach. The restaurant across the street Bayou Bills was very good. Grocery store, pharmacy all in walking distance.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family had a great beach vacation at Ramsgate! The condo was spacious and had above average amenities - TV's, cable, internet, telephone, beach chairs/umbrella! It had two balconies with beautiful views. This was our first experience with VRBO, and I was a bit nervous. However, the owner and the condo were great. Would definitely recommend this owner/condo, and I will personally reserve in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We have been staying at Ramsgate approx. 13 plus years and have always loved the location, the grounds, the family atmosphere. Last year, accidently found out two of them were rented out by a private owner. Renting this particular unit owned by Gil was just icing on the cake. Beautiful, well-cared for unit. All the details have been thought of. This is the only place we will be staying at the beach from here on out. It was a beautiful time at the beach and the gorgeous unit was so comfortable and just added so much to the trip. It was so nice and easy to work out details with Gil. Feel like we have made a new friend.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

The condo is just as it is described in the listing. It was spacious and very clean. The owner, Gil, is such a nice man, and called me just to ask if everything was to my satisfaction. (It was!) One of the things I liked most about it was the non-crowded beach. I do not like to go to a beach where the umbrellas are ten or more rows deep, and you cannot even see the ocean from your chair! This was paradise! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I have stayed at this unit several times and enjoyed ourselves EVERY time...it is the most relaxing area (great for older couples) for reading, surfing the net (WIFI works awesome!), lounging on the decks and watching the waves and dolphins...the beach here is clean, safe, not crowded, noisy or rowdy...we saw a military wedding on the beach here last year! We use the grills by the pool ALOT (my husband does some male-bonding here) and then go night crabbing on the beach!! We have brought several friends with us and everyone always has a good time... This is a vacation not to be missed...Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.
