This is a professionally managed property. The availability calendar for this property is kept accurate and up to date. This property rents from SATURDAY to SATURDAY with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Do not inquire for more than the posted maximum people this property is advertised for. The maximum number of people allowed includes children, infants, and adults. NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties. A 50% deposit is due upon return of the rental agreement (100% is due if it is less than 60 days from arrival date). We offer all our terms and policies on our website, which we will guide you to prior to booking the property. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------FERN COVE COTTAGE - This romantic and private cottage on the tidal (which means ocean fed) St George River is a beautiful vacation or honeymoon retreat. Off of a private dead-end road in an exclusive neighborhood, this charming cottage is a perfect place to get away from it all and take in the spectacular views of yachts, lobster boats, and lots of wildlife while being close to the great restaurants and shopping of Rockland and Camden.
Entering this cozy cottage, you will be instantly charmed by the beautiful artwork and beach cottage decor. An enclosed porch offers a small bed for a child in your group. It is also a wonderful place to enjoy cocktails in the evening or breakfast in the morning.
Inside the cottage is one room with a dining area, nice kitchen, and open loft above for sleeping. A bathroom off the back with a large claw foot tub/shower is clean and nice.
Access to the loft with the queen bed is only for people in good health. The ladder to the bedroom loft is narrow and vertical.
The shore front is great for kayaking, swimming, or head to the rocky point to read a favorite book.
