Our two bedroom with two baths suite is perched between Kamaole Beach I and Kamaole Beach II. Located on the fifth floor and facing south, southwest, the FOREVER OCEAN and multi-island VIEWS are unobstructed and pristine. While sitting in the living room, preparing meals in the kitchen, or lounging in the king-size master bed, you will feel satiated with your PRIVATE MAUI OCEANFRONT/BEACHFRONT experience. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin size bed.
The grounds are impeccable, with meticulously maintained lawns that are nestled on a lava rock promontory, which offers private seaside lounging, outdoor food grilling preparation, swimming in the pool, or simply just steps to the clean, soft, Maui, sandy beaches.
Our location is one unit back from the ocean which offers protection from the prevailing tradewinds yet it is perfectly oriented with views straight south to Wailea and Makena and the lanai is angled to face the beach/ocean axis with minimal exposure to neighboring properties and maximum privacy. You can watch the sunrise and sunset for most of the year from the lanai.
Our condominium is updated with tile floors throughout, lovely island-style furnishings, complete sets of quality linens, sheets, towels, and necessary and functional kitchen items. We take great pride in being excellent stewards of this pristine BEACHFRONT location and we have plans to continually and tastefully renovate and update our property. Internet and DSL service is provided.
You can walk to every imaginable amenity from numerous styles of cuisine in all price ranges, a superb natural food store, to gift shopping, sundries, video/DVD rentals, and activity booking facilities. There is public tennis, basketball, golf, ocean kayaking, and world-class dining and shopping at the nearby Wailea Shops and Resorts (just three-minute drive).
Touring Maui via day trips from our central location is totally convenient. South Maui's weather is dependably sunny and warm, with little humidity. We believe "IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!" We call it paradise! Please be our treasured guests in our treasured condominium.
