This house was very well equipped and spacious. It is located right across the street from the association beach and boat launch. My husband brought his sunfish and really enjoyed his time on the water. The beach was very pleasant, the water was warm and clean. Although it is a pretty quiet and serene environment, it is centrally located - near grocery stores and restaurants and the Mashpee Commons. My 20 and 16 year old really liked it, too. One thing - There was one evening that was quite warm for sleeping and the ceiling fans didn't quite cut it. It was the only night we missed the a/c.
