There is limited views of the water, but you are only 1 house away from a beach access (2 minutes from sofa to sand!). There is plenty of parking under the house along with 2 swings, a gas grill, hammock, chairs, and a picnic table! There is also a large enclosed outside shower for washing off beach sand! This home enters from a covered porch facing Palmetto Blvd. The kitchen, dining, and living room are centrally located and open out onto a large screen porch with rockers, hanmmock, table and chairs. An open deck is beyond this with ocean views.There is a full hall bath(tub/showers) and 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. The two bedrooms facing Point Street each have a queen size bed and open out onto the screen porch. There are no TV's in these bedrooms. The back left bedroom has a double bed(no TV) and the back right bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a TV in this room to keep the children entertained.
