The home is located across from the Marina, and close to the Marsh Point pool where you have access as part of theOcean Ridge Recreation program(fee). You enter the home in a light filled foyer with steps the the 2nd floor and a hallway to the 1/2 bath, the 2nd BR-single and the laundry room. Head straight and you enter the large Great Room (LR/DR/Kit). The screen porch is also right off the Great Room. Large Dining Table and plenty of bar stools for the whole family. There are 2 sundecks off this level with Big Bay Creek views. BR#1 - King is to the right with a private bath and whirlpool tub. BR#3-Queen is the left also with a priivate bath. Upstairs is the Den with a futon and sleeper and TV - great spot for the kids. There is also a large sundeck. There is a hall bath with tub/shower for BR#4 - Queen and BR#5-2 Singles.
