  Gibby's Getaway is a great place to stay for any sort of winter fun. It is warm and cozy, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and plenty of space to hang up wet and snowy clothes. Also, there is plenty of space to spread out to relax after a long and exhausting day in the cold. It was clean and well-maintained and we will definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Plus, it's proximity to Whitehorse and Cathedral Ledges makes it an ideal climbing cabin.

  We had an outstanding time and couldn't ask for better weather. The chalet and its location were perfect for our stay; very convenient for our daily activities and able to avoid the summer traffic jams in downtown North Conway. The chalet is located at the back of a winding neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. I wish I discovered the pond/creek that was at the bottom of the bend in the road sooner; ran into a father and daughter who were catching one trout after another on the last day. Maybe next time. We spent some time hiking along the Kancamagus Hwy, Diana's Bath, Sabbaday Falls; having fun with the kids at Storyland; and just taking in the beautiful scenery that the White Mountains have to offer. Enjoyed a good meal at the nearby Lobster Trap (family friendly) and Hillbilly's BBQ in Conway was a nice surprise (great for large parties). Customer service for making the vacation rental arrangements was superb and fast. The chalet met all of our needs for our family of 7, plus my parents for a couple days. The chalet was very clean and comfortable; loved the wrap around couch. The back porch and gas grill was great for cooking out. And the laundry and wi-fi were a bonus and made our trip that more enjoyable. Thanks again. Looking forward to our next 'Getaway' at Gibbys!

  Great ski chalet in a nice area! Very clean (and I'm picky!) comfortable beds and clean ! Extra blankets and thoughtful touches! Newer appliances *Loved the coffee maker!) all the necessities of home right there! Had a great BBQ in the snow on the deck. Very scenic secluded yard, close to Echo Lake State park where we went xc skiing - while the others went to Attitash very close by too! We then went on a sleigh ride 2 minutes from there along the saco river. We went night tubing too at Cranmore mtn. about 7 minutes away! Loved it and will be back soon!

  What a great location this chalet has. Close to the shops, restaraunts, skiing, and lake yet off the beatin track. The chalet is beautifully kept and quite cozy. We can't wait to come back!.

  Have stayed here with my family both in the summer and winter. Cottage is cozy, very well-equipped and clean. Location is private, but close to skiing, Storyland, restaurants and shopping. Great place with kids. Wintertime even provides a view of the mountains from the back deck. I would highly recommend this place.

  Having spent a couple of weekends at this cute A-frame, I can honestly say that this little place transforms into BIG returns. From the number of beds under one roof, and the warm atmosphere inside - it's a cozy getaway - with plenty of room for friends! A simple drive to the mountains, shops, bars, trails, etc......once you figure out how to get out of the secluded neighborhood - you're right near everything! Spend a weekend, and you'll be back for more!
