No Smoking, Linen service available for additional $75. There is a 4 night min. rental stay year round. ** Please note the owners live in the main house. The 40+acres, boat ramp and dock will be shared with them (they also have 2 very lively Springer Spaniels & a Siberian Husky. A trampoline that will be made available to the rental guest once a waiver has been signed. Rental guests must accompany any and all children on the dock and children must wear a life jacket at all times(water at the dock is 7FT at low tide and has a very swift current)**
