  My wife and I came down for some beach time and this place was just what the doctor ordered. The house is new and very clean, inside and out. You can hear the waves from the balconies, there are two 2nd and 3nd floors and the views of the beach are great with wonderful sunsets. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone, we will make a return trip. For late January the weather was really good so I can't wait to come back in the summer. The house has everything you need, large TV's, confortable clean furnishings, full kitchen, on and on. Thanks for the great trip to the beach.

  I visited this home with my family recently and have nothing but great things to say about the house, community and beach! Very comfortable and clean home with wonderful views on the gulf. Very convenient and a great location within easy reach of galveston and surfside. we will definitely rent this house again and cannot wait to visit it again!

  My family and I stayed at this beachfront property last fall. The location was perfect, and the sunsets on the balcony were gorgeous. It was nice being beachfront so our kids could just walk right out to the the beach. The best part was having access to all of the resort amenities! We will definitely be back.
