Private Fishing Pier and Boathouse
Watch the sunset over the water. The Bay House and Cottage is located on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay approximately 18 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. 5 miles south of the Grand Hotel.
The large living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom have views of the bay. The cottage is an efficiency apartment over the double-size garage and has a private entrance and balcony.
Fish from the 310 foot private pier and covered boathouse. There is a boat dock and crabbing deck also.
There is ample parking for vehicles and boats. Two public boat launches nearby.Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed.
