The property is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on Main Street. Enjoy the comfort of the front porch, outfitted with a lovely hammock and a table and chairs, boasting gorgeous views of the bay. From the porch, enter into the open-floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable, tropical furnishings and comes with cable television and a 3-disc stereo, capable of playing any IPod or MP3 player. If not enjoying a meal on the front porch, there is a lovely indoor dining area connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for island living with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, coffee pot, dishes, and an assortment of other cooking utensils. There are two identical bedrooms in the rear of the apartment, each with a double bed, nice shelving for your belongings, and fans. There is a hallway bathroom in between with a nicely tiled shower. Presently, the master bedroom has two custom built twin beds, shelving for your belongings, and and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and is equipped with air conditioning.

Holiday weeks of Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Carnival require a 20% increase in the rate.
A security deposit is required which will be refunded promptly after your stay, provided the apartment or its contents have not sustained any damage.
Guests will be charged a $50 cleaning and changeover fee, regardless of length of stay. This includes your checkout cleaning, being met at your point of arrival, transportation to the property, and a brief orientation to get you settled. Also included in this fee is five gallons of drinking water and 15 kilowatts per day of electricity, as is customary for the island. Additional needs will incur an extra fee or can be deducted from your security deposit. Mid-week cleaning and linen change is available for an extra charge.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION: a 20% deposit of the full rate is required, with the completion of the payment due two weeks prior to your arrival. We have a two week cancellation policy, after which time your deposit is non-refundable. We accept Pay Pal, personal checks, or money orders. Checks must have been cleared prior to occupying the unit.

Staying in this house was a great experience. It's at the edge of downtown and only few minutes from both the beach and the city center. The owner and the housekeeper were helpful and really did their job making us feel at home. Great experience and would definitely stay there again.
