Spent the month of March at this rental and were very happy with the location to beaches, shopping, church. It was very convenient. Unit was clean and had pretty much everything you would need (could use a couple of larger pots for cooking items such as pasta). WiFi as well as TV's in bedroom and living room worked great. Backyard is nicely landscaped. Complex was great to walk through and was close to the river. Definitely recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

this was our first time experience at a month long rental. the owner was helpful in explaining the details of how the rental process works. the unit caretaker was attentive to our needs. the pictures that appear on this website need to be updated, however, we thought the unit was adequately appointed and clean upon our arrival. location is near shopping, groceries, beaches, dining etc. equipped with a propane gas grill which was used extensively. beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, mats and beach toys supplied. literally everything is supplied. the shared pool was spotless and heated comfortably. we found the people that use the pool to be very nice. this was a very positive experience. had we not bought our own place while we were here, we would rent this place again and again. thanks G and JDid you find this review helpful? We stayed at this lovely townhome for 2 weeks in Dec-Jan and was in a great location. We took walks almost everyday around the beautiful lake that surrounds the community and enjoyed all the beatiful flowers and birds. The weather was awesome since we left Indianapolis, In with snow on the ground. We would definately stay here again if we get the chance. The owner is always helpful if you need him for anything.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I am a retired teacher. I lived in Brooklyn before moving to New Jersey with my wife, a retired salesperson, who is now a party planner in New Jersey and Florida. We both love being here when we can.

This property was highly recommended to me by friends who live and vacation there. My wife and I spend some of the winter months there, and are always sorry when we have to leave.
