Other Ocean City Properties condo description
The Shark is a private, 3 story building located on a 125 x 60 lot directly connected to dedicated beach access. While technically oceanfront, The Shark has part of its property located behind another building, but you can’t get much closer to the Ocean than this.
Each unit is over 1600 sq feet of living space and is equipped with all the ammenities you need to make your stay great! This, 2nd floor, unit comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious, open family room and kitchen layout. Three of the bedrooms contain Queen beds, with the fourth bedroom set up for kids. The kids room, or “bunkroom” as we call it, contains 2 sleeper-car style bunk beds and a trundle bed. With its own TV/Gaming console, the kids (and You) will love it.
The large family room has 2 sofas, a love seat and 2 comfortable chairs forming a great conversation pit. In addition, there is a small desk and built in lounge chaise by the window- perfect for working or reading. For your viewing/listening pleasure, a new 46” LED HDTV and Samsung BlueRay Smart Theatre System is provided. NetFlix and Samsung Smart Apps link you to the web. You can even hook up your own ipod!
Connected to the family room is a well equipped kitchen with plenty of space for preparing great meals (should you want to cook). The large, L-shaped Kitchen has everything you need including; a microwave, coffee maker, stand-alone ice machine. There is a small wetbar with Margarita maker for entertaining. The dining table easily seats 8, but can accommodate 10. Should you want to drink your morning coffee to the sound of the waves, a 4 seat table is located just out the front door on the 30 foot deck.
The unit has private, off-street parking for 3 cars and is just a short distance to a grocery store and nightlife. With a huge open floor plan, comfortable sleeping arrangements, amenities galore and just steps to the beach, we are sure your family will love it as much as ours! We look forward to having you as our guest at The Shark #2.

The Shark was great!
The Shark was great!
The Shark is even nicer than it appears online. We had six adults and four granchildren and we had plenty of room. The new TV was a big hit and the commercial icemaker came in handy throughout the week. I would highly recommend The Shark to those looking for a well appoiunted, spacious unit within 20 yards of the beach. Great week!

We had 10 people for the week and had plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved the bunk bed room with TV. We enjoyed the ocean views from every room. The bar set up with margarita machine and ice maker made afternoons on the beach perfect. We will be back next year.

Notes from Thoughts by the Sea, "Our Family and our friends family had a great week at the beach - this condo was awesome. There was more than enough room for the eight of us. The ocean views out the windows are beautiful. The weather was great and we saw dolphins almost every single day. We had lots of fun and are sad to leave. Thanks for allowing us to stay here!"

About: Happy family at the beach! We love swimming in the ocean, and playing football or lacrosse on the beach by day. Great restaurants nearby; Liquid Assets, The Hobbit, Nantucket's. Want some fishing excitement? Checkout the Moxey Boys at the Ocean City Fishing Center or visit Sunset Marina to see the big boats. Don't forget to hit the boardwalk one night and maybe ride bikes one morning. Spending time in OC is great, especially when you have special people with you!
Why Other Ocean City Properties:
84th Street has a great beach, with minimal hi-rises nearby, keeping the beach population down. Close to the grocery store, and Liquid Assets and walking distance to a bay-side nightspot. Just far enough from the crowded boardwalk and 'hi-rise row', but close when you want to go out.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The open, spacious floorplan coupled with a many windows and great kitchen makes this an enjoyable place to spend time with family and friends, lots of 'em!
