  You have a lot of choices for rentals in Seaside, but I would choose a property from Oregon Seaside Vacation Rentals for one reason- Randy (one of the owners). He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to help us. The Sand Dollar is a short walk away from the beach and about a mile from down town. The open floor plan is great for large get together's. The wrap around deck gives you a view of the ocean. The house was clean, everything worked, the kitchen had all the basics. The Sand Dollar is a great choice for larger families. And as an extra bonus the estuary is a short walk away as well :)

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Our family of 5, Kim....& Ti....., Br....., Ty..... and Jes..... had an amazing week at this house ;) The sun shone, we had some rain - it was perfect. The house was truly and blessing. We look forward to being back again soon. Quote from the 16 year old "Bye Beach House - we will most definately be back!" Thanks.

  Our Family, Ke...., Ja.....(22 months old) & She..... had a great time at the house. It rained most of the time were here but we still played on the beach. We hope to come back soon. Thank you

  Our first family vacation at Seaside as grandpa and grandma. We use to take our kids to the coast growing up and now our kids wanted to share that with their kids. What great memories we made here. From Walks on the beach, swimming in the Ocean, renting bike buggie for 6, paddle boats and enjoying ech others company. This is the perfect home and location. Close enough to walk to everything and far enough away to have privacy on the beach. Thanks for sharing your home.

  We get together (grandparents, parent and grandchildren) each year at the coast and this year was the best ever largely in part due to our stay at the Sand Dollar. This is a perfect family home and we enjoyed all the comforts of our own home.

  Amazing weather. clear sunny skies, very little wind, temperatures in the low 70s. Our 8th time staying at the Sand Dollar. This was a short stay - a 40th birthday celebration. Total crab in take was 16. Some very happy guys. Made our own crab/shrimp boats - sooooo good. The kids, big and little, relaxed, golfed and walked the beach. The rest of us shopped and sat in the sun on the deck. Great Weekend!

  This was our 7th stay at the Sand Dollar and our 3rd 4th of July. As always we feel like this is our second home. Took lots of long walks on the beach and the Prom. Everyone took turns cooking, creakfast, coffee, cake chicken fajitas, chees fondue, spaghetti, traditional 4th of July picnic food - hambrgers, corn on the cob, patatoe salad, beans, devilled eggs, water mellon, cake and rootbeer floats. The kids are older this year but love the traditions. Celebrate Bre....birthday with dinner at Doogers. Had a great Time.

  We had a wonderful time at the Sand Dollar home. The beach is beautiful. We were lucky that we had some sun and had a chance to play on the beach. The house is SUPER clean and we love every part of the house. The kitchen is great. We love the island in the middle and we gather as a family a lot around the kitchen. This vacation had allowed us to spend a good quality time as a family. Thank you.
