A wonderful rental experience! I came down by myself to golf for 10 days, and everything was perfect.I have stayed at RCI Gold Crown resorts in Arizona, and this lovely patio home was the equal of any of them and better than most.It was spotlessly clean, spacious(for up to 4 people, and well-stocked with all the essentials(laundry detergent, cleaners,foil wrap,etc.).Gladys(Hap) and her husband did everything possible to make my vacation enjoyable, and are very honest and reliable people. No trouble with damage deposits,etc. when dealing with them. I chose to stay in Mesa instead of Scottsdale(as I have many times in the past)because of where I wanted to golf.This gated community is very quiet, but right on McKellips with easy access to Highways 202,60,101 and 87.My favorite course(and the hardest in Arizona)is Las Sendas and is less than 10 minutes away.Superstition Springs,Legacy,Talking Stick,Gold Canyon,Eagle Mountain, SunRidge Canyon,We-Ko-Pa,and the TPC are all from 10-30 minutes away. I am a 5 handicap and those are my favorites, but there are easier and closer courses(like Longbow)as well.Add 10 minutes to get to Grayhawk,Troon North,Legend Trail, and Wildfire. If you have ever been to the Phoenix area before, you know that these are reasonable driving times. I could go on forever with nice things to say about this holiday,the property, and the owners, but instead feel free to contact me if you have further questions.I look forward to returning ASAP, this time with my wife. She will love it too!

Ardis and her mother enjoyed a full month entertaining their relatives and found everything very satisfactory and ask if the patio home was available next year, if they could rent again. Of course my answer was yes. They were lovely tenants. By homeowner. Phil and Norine asked if they could refer their friends as they were very happy and pleasantly surprised with their stay at the patio home. Very nice, clean, and secured. Enjoyed the back yard for entertaining, bbq, and all the fun stuff. Were here for the famous Phoenix car auctions. They are not computer buffs but agreed to this comment on line.
