Ideally located on Eden Island, this brand new luxury apartment offers fine views across the marina bay towards St. Anne Island. A large open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a spacious balcony more than adequately furnished for al fresco dining. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath and en suite shower with french doors leading out to the main balcony. The second bedroom features twin beds, shower, WC, and private veranda. Air conditioned throughout, the apartment is a stone's throw away from the nearest pool and a short walk or buggy ride away to the beaches and the rest of the island amenities.
The apartment serves as a superb base for exploring the Seychelles islands. Sailing, scuba diving, and deep sea fishing can all be enjoyed from Eden Island. Victoria, Mahe's capital, with its range of restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute drive away.

We have been to many places all over the world but this location is really fantastic. We stayed in Peter’s apartment for more than a week and it was just stunning! Everything was/ is well organized and let you feel like home (or even better!) We were young adults (two couples) and the apartment was the perfect choice. Eden Island itself is stunning and that there is no “normal” traffic on the island makes it even better – only EVPs (which every unit is equipped with) are allowed. It is the perfect location equal what you want to do on Mahe because everything is close und within an easy distance. Big supermarkets are available very close (makes it very easy for self-catering) or you just enjoy the restaurants on the island. There is also a big folder in the apartment where Peter included all information what to do/ where to go/… The apartment itself was perfectly clean and well maintained (even internet WIFI is included), the kitchen, dryer, everything is completely new and ready to use. We normally do not use a TV on holidays but made an exception for the European soccer champion ship and it was a great evening enjoying a beer and the big TV screen ;-) If you wanna go to the Seychelles – you definitely have to stay in this apartment on Eden Island!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed with our two kids (age 7 and 9) in Peter's apartment for 10 days and had a great time. The apartment is well furnished and nicely located on the island. The pools were perfect for the kids and we used the gym most days before heading off to explore Mahe. Bravo is the better of the two restaurants on Eden Island, any fish dish is great. You will want a rental car if you want to tour the mainland, and you should. Public transport exists and taxis are expensive (250 rupee from airport to Eden) but neither are very convenient. However, there are rental car places literally all over Seychelles, we rented a Kia Picanto for 30Euros per day and it was perfect. There's no phone in the apartment so bring an unlocked mobile phone so you can swap SIM card that you can buy very cheaply from Cable & Wireless or Airtel. The first fiber optic cable from the mainland was connected to the Seychelles at Beau Vallon beach while we were here so the phone and internet speeds should improve as it comes online. We dove and snorkeled with Blue Sea Divers a couple of times from Beau Vallon and they were great. The beaches and scenery in the south of Mahe are spectacular and well worth the drive. Best pizza is at Baobab at Beau Vallon and the best restaurant we found had just opened, called The Station Cafe, up in the hills, we left a menu in the helpful guide to Seycelles binder you will find in the apartment. Jardin du Roi and Botanical Gardens are both worth visits.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Thank you for our stay in your lovely apartment! The apartment was comfortable, well-designed, in pristine condition, everything brand new and spotless, and we really enjoyed it. We loved the Miele appliances! The club pools were beautiful and the beaches were spectacular - and so accessible - a short walk or just 2 minutes via golf cart. Thank you also for taking the time to give us such excellent recommendations on the local sights. We truly enjoyed Seychelles, and wished that we had more time there. We will simply have to return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
